Nice Design & Quality. My new favorite appliance! Beautiful and so much space!!!

Love my Samsung refrigerator so far so good very sleek and modern design

So, first off, we had two damaged fridges delivered before Best Buy could successfully deliver the third one. After that, the fridge was quite nice for about 7 months! A very fun unit, love the family hub! Very sleek and great features, although I wish Samsung gave some taller and larger spaces and fewer smaller item spaces. Problem is that we have noticed over the last month that the freezer unit has started to not freeze completely. It has definitely lost the hard freeze that it had when we first got the unit. Hope that we get this resolved!

Love all of the technology in this fridge, we did buy the extended warranty but haven’t needed To use it.

We have had this fridge for two weeks and so far we love it. Countless tech features. A very smart fridge.

This unit works great, it has some very unnecessary features, but it's fun to play with. The storage space is not very well thought through, it's hard to store anything thats over 7 or 8" tall.

The new Samsung Family Hub Counter Depth refrigerator is great. Just enough room for what's needed, and to be able to see inside your fridge with the downloaded app makes shopping a lot easier.

It’s a really beautiful fridge I just think that the ice cubes are small and it definitely get fingerprints it’s roomy for fridge part the freezer is a little small . It does need more room for taller items

I previously had an Electolux refrig and before that a -SubZero. It is a shame, that the Electrolux did not last more than 6 years. I read up on Consumer Reports and went with Samsung based on my experience with other Samsung products. I'm really counting that they put as much workmanship as they do to their TV's. For now, I'm really enjoying the refrig!

This refrigerator is classy. It looks better without the handles.

Our family loves this refrigerator. My little tech girl made our own family screen and I could listen to the music anytime. I don’t need to move to it to run something. I just call Bixby. Organizer inside is good. That helps me a lot to organize good and neat. No sound for making ice and I like even the sound that makes when door is open. Looks cool and modern! Good job , Samsung!

The family hub has brought some organization to our family meals / grocery shopping!

For an expensive fridge that claims it it stainless steel and fingerprint proof, let me warn you that it is neither of those. It is made from some inferior materials that is like a plastic coating and it peels off and discolours! The fridge capacity is small and the auto water filler only works on occasion. Terrible quality and no support from Samsung what so ever if you go over 12 months!

This refrigerator has broken on me 5 times in under 2 years. Luckily I have geek squad protection but even then that has been a hassle to deal with. I’ve had contractors come to my house but so far have not been able to fix my refrigerator and best buy refuses to exchange it. Not acceptable and don’t recommend this refrigerator or geek squad services to anyone!!!!!

Didn't want to pay this much again for a refrigerator, but now that it's in my kitchen I love it! It fits so much better than my old refrigerator which stuck out another 6 inches into the room. This one is slim and perfect for the 3 of us. Love the Black Stainless Steel - love the color and so much fewer finger prints!!
