This is a really cool refrigerator! I love being able to see inside while I am out and about and when I add something to the notes, it updates the app. I do wish it had access to apps in general like recipe apps. Pretty limited there, there is no choosing the apps offered. Also, be aware of the size! I kind of wish I had gotten a bigger one. Not very spacious for sure! And the ice dispenser is really small too.

Refrigerator exceeded my expectations. Not only is it a great refrigerator the family hub has many benefits. The entire family enjoys things like shared calendar and leaving notes. The family hub will even help you create a shopping list. If your in the market for a refrigerator I would definitely recommend taking a look at the line of Samsung refrigerators with the family hub.

I love my black stainless steel refrigerator pretty much everything is adjustable has 3 drawers and the family hub is so much fun. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to shut one side first and then the other, and you have to put a little force or it will remain open, thankfully there is an alarm for that.

Looked at these for at least 6 months while we were building our house. None of the other brands could match up to this. With the technology and the style and then Best Buys price match, we couldn't go wrong. All the different apps and little things you could play with, it is more like an entertainment unit that keeps your stuff cold. I mean I was able to link my curved tv to it. Are some of the things unnecessary, sure but it's sure nice to have and even more fun to play with.

This refrigerator is much better than my last one. All I can say, is the refrigerator ice maker runs slowly. The water filter runs out fast. the ice comes out so slow! I thought something was wrong with the ice maker. But I was told that was common.

If you love having technology at your fingertips this is a definite buy. Fridge works normal. But having the ability to make a list or listen to music while cooking. Or reading recipes. Possibly is endless. You can use your phone to keep items updated. Did have issues trying to get my iPhone to work with it. But if your on android this is a no brainer!

I love the "computer" embedded into the fridge. Great image through the app of what is inside of the fridge. Playing music from Pandora while cleaning or cooking is a plus. It also alerts you on your phone if the door has been left open. But I feel the fridge part lacks space and the shelves are hard to adjust.

Have had this fridge for a month now. It's loaded with nice touches: The doors seal completely but are easy to open. The chilled water comes out of the spigot angled away from you, so you have less chance of getting splashed. Cooling uniformity all around the fridge is superb. Crispers have wide range of flexibility, and love that tray beneath them which will accept some large platters to keep foods ready and presentable. Now, the only reason I wouldn't give this a 5 is the big iPad. Does it do what it is supposed to? Yes for the most part. But the reason I got this model is that the BB sales staff assured me the calendar function was compatible with iCal on the Mac. Well, it is in a way, but you have to export the file to Google calendar and from there, you upload to the Samsung. This is fraught with delays, misalignments, duplications, slow replication. This one feature was a big selling point for me, and I've been disappointed. Everything else about the fridge would rate a 5 or 5+. Just be aware of the technical gap, and don't depend on sales people who don't have one of the fridges at home to be conversant.

I liked our new refrigerator and its features. I can control the temp with my phone, see what’s inside our ref and decide what i need to buy. I also liked the features of family hub, post pictures and reminders, appointment etc. my kids love and play with the hub all the time, listen to my pandoras and others stuff.

Great with space super easy to use. No more magnets all over the fridge , upload pictures and customize how you want. View inside from the grocery store and update shopping lists. It’s a novelty but it’s a cool one to have. Only downside is this isn’t fingerprint resistant but most stainless isn’t anyway so might as well have a cool looking big screen to take the attention away from it.

We had previously owned the same Smasung fridge but without the screen. I must say that the "smart" part of the fridge is really delightful. From playing tunes from TuneIn to seeing what's inside the fridge via app, it's quite fun to play around with. I'm still evaluating how useful it really is versus just a novelty. I do wish it ran off android and could download more apps, but I do understand the concern to keep the apps consistent across.

Awesome fridge, you won’t believe what it can do! You can talk to it, monitor it from your phone, watch videos, listen to music, and it even lets you know when the door has been open. It also features cameras inside so you can look on your phone when u are shopping and see what’s inside! You can surf the net and even get recipes for cooking, basically it’s a giant tablet on your fridge door! Ohh and the filtered water tastes great!

This is a great looking refrigerator but could use one minor tweak. It needs some kind of plate to cover up the front wheel area. From a distance my eyes are drawn to that area because down low that area looks like something is missing. Just looks odd. The screen is very bright and sharp and the tablet works pretty quickly. On the down side the built in speaker is very sub par. Sounds like a $20 bluetooth speaker. Speaking of, it would be nice if you could connect a nice small soundbar to this unit. As far as fingerprints I have not seen one single print on this and I've had it a month now. Overall it runs very quiet with some minor odd noises on defrost. Another turn off is that you cannot mirror any TV except a Samsung 8 series or higher and a samsung phone to it. Maybe Samsung could do a software update to fix that? As far as the interior the door areas seem to be well thought out as far as storage. You might want to remove one of the interior shelves to get more large items in it. As far as energy use my bill is always within a few bucks month in and month out. It has now dropped about $13 a month. My last frige was 15+ years old.

This refrigerator is beautiful and the home screen is amazing! Looks so good and has so many functions, notes, you can sink your calendars and leave notes, you dont have to open the fridge to look KJ inside. In fact you can use the screen view to look inside or from your phone If your not home. These are just a few functions. Compatible with iphone. No issues so far

I was not originally in the market for a techie fridge, but this one won me over. Plenty of fun features in the family hub to feed my techie side, plenty of space and organized storage to feed my foodie side. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of door storage on the left side because of the ice maker, the shelves there are awkwardly shaped making it difficult to have them be useful for much. But this is a small issue compared to the handy features this fridge boasts. I utilize the camera and app more that I would have thought...very handy when you are at the store and can't remember if you have milk left or bought eggs last time. All and all, I recommend this fridge for anyone with a family or techie side!
