The cheapest plastic material, almost of plastic broke in the inside.

I’m in love with my refrigerator. It’s everything I hoped for. The screen is big and apps are helpful. The kids loved drawing and placing Pictures.

This was a good investment, there are so many functions with screen. Easy to read, easy to use, so simple. But I did have a horrible experience with the delivery.

When I first installed the fridge it was fairly easy to program and set up. But once it was set up a few days later the app started crashing on my phone. Without the app the fridge can not load pics or do all its functions which is a shame because when it worked it was awesome. Hoping Samsung fixes the crash soon other wise it’s piintless to have the screen etc... love that it plays pandora hands free.

The fridge works great and is fun to play with. The music works awesome and we use it a lot. Also love the notification it sends you when one person updates tasks.

Bought this and found we made the correct decision. Family hub is very entertaining and center piece of my house. Very pleased with this product.

We love everything about this fridge! Especially the computer screen. It has come in handy for playing music and looking up recipes.

Listen to Pandora, check when food expires, surf the internet, order from Grubhub, look at new recipes, plus tons more things this refrigerator will do.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. I particularly like the feature of inputting your items to let you know when they expire. It has all the whistles and bells. The one area I feel could be improved is the voice recognition system, Bixby. It is the worst 9any voice recognition system I have ever used. It may do well in Korean but it is terrible for english. Otherwise I would give it 6 stars!!!!!!

It’s a great fridge but most of all keeps everything organized for the family. My kids love playing music from the fridge and receiving notes from mom and dad.

Love the fridge, family hub is awesome. Fridge is huge. Smart connected easy to setup but does not connect to Samsung smartthings

Lots of space! More space than my side by side. Love that I can look up recipes on the fridge as well or play music while I’m cooking!

Our family is so happy with our new appliance.. More space and plus we love our screen its so fits in our family in every way.

I have to update my previous review. We've had issues with the dispenser in the 9 months we've had this unit. The dispenser was replaced 4 months into using it. Another 4 months came by, and another issue came up with all the light indicators lit up and would only dispense cubed ice. It won't let us switch from cubed, crushed ice or water. The technician was nice enough to replace it again but the part was for the stainless steel fridge. Sigh, I'm just tired having to call Samsung because it takes a lot of time to go back and forth with them especially when the part is in back order. It's fortunate that we are still in warranty but that would soon expire in a few months. This is part of a kitchen package that we bought. Previously, it was the microwave that had to be replaced because the timer would run on its own. Sigh, I wish we didn't have to buy these Samsung appliances. The very least that Samsung could perhaps do is extend our warranty by another year. I'm just throwing the idea out there because the reality is, we're stuck with these appliances for the next few years. That is, if we are lucky enough to see the appliances withstand years of normal use.

I like the size of it, and the French doors are nice, but my wife loves the tablet in the door. Plays music all the time and uses the calendar.

My only concern is not being able to add additional apps, only ring is pre installed and skybell wont work on fridge

Love the color and the space is well organized. No Finger prints to clean. Really like the family hub and it works with our Ring camera network
