This fridge is a showstopper. Guests love to look at it, play with it and leave us messages. It is definitely a conversation piece. The bottom drawer comes off it's track easily so that's kind of annoying, and there's no way to stand up a 2 liter bottle on the shelves. My favorite online feature is using the All Recipes app to pull up my recipe. Every time I step back in front of the fridge it pops back up - no more swiping messy fingers on my phone/tablet when baking!

Best Buy and Samsung had an excellent sale going on, plus an additional discount for using their credit card, Initially just buying a washer and dryer but it was too good a deal to pass up. My wife loves the family hub screen, and I like it more than I thought I would. Excellent layout and flexibility. The water filter technology they use is incredible, huge improvement over the standard media-type filters. I didn’t even know it had that until we got it home, but the water really tastes great.

The refrigerator is both beautiful and very handy with the built in technology. Press a button and see inside quickly without opening the door. Need milk? Log into the app from the road to check the inside view to see if you need milk or not! Stream Pandora, have recipes read aloud to you, sync your personal digital calendar and so much more - all with the Samsung family HUB.

This refrigerator does everything. It has apps, pandora, grub hub and more. Love how you can download photos on it. Awesome!!!

The fridge has been great for my family. We really enjoy the family hub, and the room the fridge has is great.

I would give this a 5, but I've had issues with the filter. I haven't had any luck getting it replaced without me paying for it, which isn't cool being that you spend almost 3k on a fridge and want everything to work properly. The fridge itself is awesome. Sometimes the camera doesn't get everything all in one shot but it's def an eye grabber when you want to host. I would buy again. I would make this 5 if it weren't for the filter.

I am very pleased with this fridge. PROS: It has a good amount of room in both the top and freezer. The tablet works well and is very handy. Good speakers and camera. CONS: It can be a little difficult to fit items in the door slots. The left side door space is pretty narrow in places because the ice machine takes up most of the room. The ice machine tends to “spit out” ice when using the crushed option, and is very loud.

I love this fridge! From showing me what I’m running low on to help on recipes and filling the kitchen with music...this fridge is amazing!

Love the FamilyHub and how I can connect it to my other Samsung appliances. It’s also awesome that I can connect to my Ring doorbell and can answer it from the kitchen when I’m cooking. There’s lots of space on the interior shelves and they are easily adjustable. The freezer has a ton of room. The only downfall, the shelves on the inside of the SmartHub door are kind of tight and the ice maker takes a lot of space away from the shelves on that door.

Very Spacious and runs very quiet. Speaker that plays Pandora has better quality than I imagined. Ice maker refills very quickly.

Best Buy gave me one Heck of a deal with a five year warrenty it works great and really afordable a great addition for any smart home.

Bought item open box but and have had a problem with the screen freezing multiple times. I did purchase the Geek Squad protection so this was very helpful in having it. I enjoy this fridge especially with all the neat gadgets. Most definitely a conversation starter when entertaining. Having a hard time setting up my own pictures on the Hub however

Nice can do everything from watching g movies to listening to music. Even check what inside from the grocery store.

Great fridge that is far more than that. The interactive ability is massive and asthethics are amazing!

Overall good product. Touch screen pretty useful but we have not used it for all purpose yet.
