Hard to connect the refrigerator on Samsung family hub to load personal photos and info onto the refrigerator. Also the look inside doesn't always work. Samsung and Best Buy aren't helpful with setting up the apps to your phone even after buying a protection plan.

The most beautiful fridge out there. Ideal for what I wanted in my smart home.

I love this refrigerator! What a great concept! I've been listening to music while cleaning, watch quick YouTube videos for recipes and putting reminders up on the screen. It even allows you to see the inside of your refrigerator on the go. Can't remember if you have enough eggs, just open the app and take a peek inside.

Keeps food cold. Has a big screen. Makes ice. Has a camera.

luxurious refrigerator great options forget what you needed just open app at the store and see what is in your refrigerator if you forgot to add it to your need list on the refrigerator app . alot of cool stuff and apps you can use , from radio / to recipes and pictures too many to name love this fridge, just kind of pricey, but worth it !

Lots of space, cool features . Smart screen works great

Looks good but does not work good. The ice dispenser leaks like crazy. I left LG thinking I was getting a better unit however LG Looks good and works good. Not pleased with Samsung product or its customer service.

I love the functionality of the on door computer, giving me access to music, recipes, etc right on the screen. . I’m very active and like having the ability to check the fridge for necessary items on my way home. That is a true time saver! This fridge was designed with me in mind!

I intentionally waited a little over a year to write my review. This refrigerator is obviously nice looking and fancy with a big o touch screen monitor on the door. The screen is in fact a nice feature. We like being able to see our vacation pictures on the screensaver as we walk by. Various music streaming services have been enjoyed as well. I would say that the interior space is smaller than I expected, but that's really not a big deal since Samsung clearly stated the cubic footage. The 1 major problem with this refrigerator is that the ice maker is defective. It completely freezes up every few months and stop making ice. It's apparently a VERY common and well known occurence with many Samsung refrigerator. A search on the internet netted tons and tons of complaints and solutions that don't work. Samsung apparently don't have much to offer other than telling you to push the reset button (it doesn't do anything). So, yes, I regret getting this refrigerator.

This fridge is functional and modern. It allows me and my family to use technology in a well made and functionally designed appliance. We can see what we have in the fridge when at the store or be alerted when our kids leave the door is open. It’s compatible with the Ring doorbell so I can see who is at my door from the kitchen.

What can I say ? From the stainless steel finish , the cool voice app , neat apps , n ability to surf the internet n play you tube videos , to the French doors , spacious fridge n freezer , perfect cooling and the bonus drawer that has 3 cooling modes , this fridge defys Amazing , plus it's so cool , I can't imagine life without this cool high tech device !

Very cool unit. Would buy again even though I think they could have made the fitment of the drawers a little tighter. I do love the shelf that allows you to adapt for taller items but im still undecided about bottom drawer rand how it flops around. Time will tell I guess

Big fridge. No issues with the smart hub. Only complaint is that I was not told that it was not compatible with my samsung TV. Yes you can watch tv on your fridge but only certain samsung models. Not a deal breaker but worth noting. Has a ton of features from Grubhub to pandora, view inside fridge to door alarm. too many to list.
