We had a few little glitches in the beginning, but can I tell you my refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher came on time. The delivery guys were awesome. Yes,I will buy again and again. Love all My new appliances

The Fridge is great for the busy person who likes to cook. The touchscreen is easy to set-up and helps to manage and maximize what is in the fridge. Also keep on other things in the house and in life. Best feature is the grocery list feature and the camera so you can check up on what is in there.

Great features with a slick design. Very spacious.

The fridge is nice roomy and some of the features work great. However, the selling point for this Samsung was the fact you can watch tv on the screen while cooking. I have had the most aggravating time getting this to work properly...the image will cut out while watching, the sound, and picture may skip or delay. The excuse was the internet had that checked and even updated the speed move the modem nothing seems to work. So we have a huge tablet with a few other issues which Samsung or Best Buy are unable to fix. Again, I love the roomy and freezer storage.

This Samsung refrigerator is a stunning addition to my kitchen. It’s large enough on the inside for a family and works well. The screen on the outside is loads of fun to use and practical. Did I say the refrigerator is gorgeous? I love my new refrigerator!

the stainless steel black finish is gorgeous! and the smart hub connectivity tells you when you need to buy milk, soda, fruit or whatever else. hope samsung enables more 3rd party apps/entertainment options to take advantage of that huge screen on the door!

The on screen display is easy to use. Its basically the same as using your phone or tablet. You can mirror your television on it. Has bluetooth to connect to Android or iphone. It has a internet browser. You can go on youtube. Set reminders, add pictures, weather, etc.

I was hesitant at first if I needed this technology in a refrigerator but when it came and was all set up I realized it was well worth the money. Nothing beats the internet search right when you are cooking a receipe with the large pictures right on screen. I love the upgrade my family and I made

The new refrigerator is large and I love that. I like the way the ice marker works as opposed to my old refrigerator. The freezer is different as well. I previously had a side by side. The new one is a drawer and it is much easier to find items.

Love this fridge! I love that it syncs to my phone. Making grocery shopping more convenient when I can just add it right on screen and it goes directly to my phone. Also being able to play music while cooking with my family. I highly recommend it!

This refrigerator is great. Keep in mind, there is no drain underneath the water/ice spout. The shelving space is limited and the shelves are fairly thin. Overall, love the refrigerator.

I love my new refrigerator. Keeps the family connected and can exchange messages, brief news, etc. My daughter loves painting and sending them to me. The only thing i should change is the tray you cannot open unless you have the 2 top doors open. But, thats something you can live with.

My family loves the product, Bixby helps organizing our lives as a family as we have consolidated our schedules into its calendar, recipes at a touch (or asking Bixby), videos, music, view inside is helpful even though we are mainly focusing on the shopping list...

Our recent purchase of Samsung Family Hub 24.2 cu ft French Door refrigerator is such a smart device that it is more than an appliance. It’s an entertainment center as well as we can watch TV, listen to music and news, display photo slide shows, etc. It understands voice commands too! :)

The refrigerator works great. The screen can be very useful but it is not easy to learn. The app worked for me at first on my phone. Most features still work but the view inside my fridge always says offline now on my app

It's a lot of fun but when it comes down to using the fun it's not often used or needed for the cost. I'd say save the extra dough unless you want to have the coolest way to look at your dough :)

This product does not work as well as I thought. For some reason it drops WiFi connection. It’s also a bit hard to use with taller items, such as wine bottles and juice jugs, etc.

Love this fridge. Does fridge job and has great features and a TV on the door. With features like shopping lists that report on an app that helps you when your at the store. And lets your kids leave you messages and love . Love it!

The product is alright. The quality feels a bit cheap. I love the fact that my daughter can draw on it, and we are able to see what's inside the refrigerator without opening it. Still getting use to the perks.
