    The worst purchase I’ve ever had on an appliance. Everything was fine and dandy the first year with our fridge. Screen was cool and worked as should. But then then as it would update it would work less and less. Now its so bag were to the point the touch screen Dosnt work at all so the screen is basically useless. Then following the screen not working The ice maker decided it quit working so now we have a $2700 fridge with a screen that’s useless and an ice maker that Dosnt work. The fridge is only a year and a half old. We reached out to Best Buy and got terrible customer service from the Geek squad they told us to take it up with Samsung well most of you know how that goes basically tell you there’s not much you can do and for $800 we can fix this awesome $2700 fridge.     Its very convienent to be able to see the Time, Weather and your calendar in the morning as soon as you wake. Also love the ability to stream the TV, play pandora and look up recipes while in the kitchen. Nice fridge.. no issues with Ice-Maker, no idea what the others are talking about.

    I am able to keep up with my kids schedule, monitor what we need from the grocery store and the sound output is better than most stereo equipment. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

    The refrigerator is exactly what you would expect. Apps work great, fridge/freezer work great... the ice maker SUCKS. It is a real POS. Doesn’t produce very much ice and is constantly breaking down. Of course Samsung customer service takes a week or 2 to come out and fix it (if you’re still under warranty). I would still recommend this refrigerator, just make sure you get the extended warranty

    Enjoying this fridge, I play pandora from it while cleaning the kitchen. I still need to load some of my photos to display but I’m sure I will love it even more when I start using all the features.

    I have have my ice maker repaired and replaced 7 times. Now the water is not working at all. The Family hub goes black often and I have to unplug my unit for a few minutes and it fixes the problem for a while. The freezer door handle has plastic hinges and mine broke off after less then a year. No warranty for that. The door bins are all cracked. They are not warrantied either. This is not a choice I would make again.

    As for the display...Very cool features that are useful but not necessary...its expensive but if you like gadgets then go for it. Ice machine is slow dispensing and can miss your glass sometimes. Other than that it's a great fridge that you can access and modify from your phone

    I love the size of our fridge. The screen syncs with my Galaxy Note 9 easily. I can answer the door or view who's out there, right from the touch screen!

    This fridge is great. The video screen version didn't cost any more than other fridges and it is nice having the calendar on there, notes, shopping lists, recipes, and pictures. There is a little hard time finding tall spots but we finally got things arranged so everything would fit.

    DON’T BUY THIS!!! Unless you don’t like ice because the ice machine will break on you several times. And you WILL need to buy the warranty to cover the cost of the amount of times the technician will need to come to fix it and to cover the parts!!! BUT wait, it can take months for someone to come out to fix it and get the issue resolved.

    It does everything the commercials advertised. The speaker on the refrigerator sounds really good. The camera shows everything of everything inside. As a matter of fact, it told me that my sour cream was about to expire. Everything works as it should. We love it!

    We love it! It makes cooking and cleaning not so bad. Finding fun online recipes is so easy. We connected our media so we can jam out while cleaning, and then have dinner music playing in the background. There is lots of space!

    Love all the apps, only wish i could add applications form the google play store as the device runs a version of android OS. The shelving can use some more options and wish each rack didn't take so much space. Freezer works amazingly, and has so much room.

    Love the Refrigerator and all the extras. Love that you can put photos on the door and all the other features. The bottom freezer works much better than a side by side.

    I really don't need the screen and my family hasn't really used it but it's cool and I think once I have time to figure it all out I will use the screen and all it offers. Other than the fridge is large and fits a lot.

    I read some reviews and was unsure when I bought this fridge, but I am not disappointed at all. Love having the French doors with bottom freezer, and I am glad I got rid of the my old side by side fridge. The smart hub works well, and so far no problems.

    I absolutely love this refrigerator! There is so much soace inside and so many entertainment option through the screen. I play spotify while I cook and for me that’s the best part of it! Fridge is not noisy at all unlike I have read in other reviews.

    The black stainless is easy to clean and does not show prints. Plenty of room for large items in the fridge and the freezer is very big. The ice maker makes ice well however, it is a little slow dispensing.

    I read all reviews before my purchase and the main thing I saw was complaints about the hub freezing so we got the best internet that AT&T had to offer and so far so good!
