The Samsung Hub app allows you to customize profiles and clip coupons. I would say that if you don’t have WiFi, the fridge will be useless to you.

I love the big screen which shows off my family pictures and all the apps. My favorite is the screensaver that shows the weather and recipe videos.

Ice maker hasn't worked in three months. Disappointing. Best Buy has been extremely difficult to work with on the repair process. Covid or not, waiting 4-1/2 hours on hold to speak to someone (literally...) is completely ridiculous. Offered us a rebate, but there are no refrigerators to replace this broken unit with, so....

However, it can get complicated with all the controls and capabilities. You really have to understand and be up to date with technology. It works great when my fiancé is around because of the Cyber/IT background. However, when my fiancé is not around, I am totally screwed! The only thing I know how to work is the Pandora app. I would save your money unless you understand the high tech aspect.

The voice activation is really cool and convenient, you can ask your fridge to do stuff for you while your hands are full.

I've contacted Samsung and they basically said the app was going through an upgrade and it should be working soon... well we are now on month 3. You would think at 4K it would be fixed already. The inside is not spacious. I'm a little disappointed with the icemaking because it does like bits at a time.
