Replaced my old fridge with this one. It has so many cool features I doubt if I’ll ever figure them all out what a marvel it is. Also it keeps thing well organized and super cold

If you’re not tech savvy have someone who is set it up for you. Love the notification that the door was left open! That and the pictures my kids draw and save for me to see

This a a great icebox for any high-tech person. I do not like the little bit of freezer space there is. You are paying for the tech and not the space.

The crew that installed my unit was very careful and made sure they did not nick or damage my walls, and they tested everything and help with operation of unit.

I love the computer option but the fridge seems to have less space than the side by side. I'm not real found of the pull out bottom freezer either. I like the newer ones that open up side by side they have but those cost even more. Overall it disconnects from out internet often even though it says the signal is strong. Haven't figured that out yet. I'm sure once we do we will enjoy the features much more. Have only had it about a month.

A smart functional fridge that u dont have to leave ur kitchen for anything u can watch movies answer doorbells n ask it for a recipe to cook for dinner oh and it keeps ur food cold

We enjoy the fridge minus the icemamer it leaks and in turn we end up with water on our floor, we've had it replaced and still the same thing!

It’s a good refrigerator but I am disappointed in the amount of apps available for the family hub.

Not only is this an unbelievably efficient and good-looking fridge, the fact that it's connected to the outside world and all those features make this an absolutely amazing appliance.

First off - I am a loyal fan of Samsung products and electronics all the way back from CRT TVs. We were very excited about this purchase. Wife and kids loved the addition of the new screen and AI to the kitchen. After having owned this refrigerator for 2 months... Pros: * Fridge and freezer space adequate for a family of 5. * Great looking exterior. * Relatively quick replenishing ice-maker. * Generally low noise. * Some of the Family Hub features. Cons: * There's no app store of any kind. You're stuck with whatever apps the fridge is shipped with. * Bixby is the dumbest AI I have ever came across. EX: - Hi Bixby. Add Bottled water to the shopping list. - I added two items. "bottled" and "water". EX 2: - Hi Bixby. Open TuneIn, play CNN station. - I need you to sign in to Spotify for this. * Touch screen stopped working after just two months of use. Ticket is pending with Samsung Support.

I searched a lot before i do choose this fridge, im speechless, its amazing and all of my Family love it. Will recommend it to any one wants a fridge with it future.

This fridge was great buy for the price range and they price match it has that great big display hopefully holds up with time. Overall great experience so far.

Bought this fridge and just love it. Connects to all devices ... my girls love to practice their writing on it. Am still learning about the different apps.
