This refrigerator exceeded all our expectations! It is so spacious and being able to adjust the shelving is awesome. The freezer has plenty of room and the light is a huge plus. Water/ ice maker is great to have no leaks or issues getting that setup. The tablet is amazing. We can mirror our Samsung Smart tv so that we can watch tv while cooking/ eating dinner. You can play pandora and a multitude of other apps which is amazing. I also like that you can see inside the fridge Incase you forget something on the grocery list. By far one of our favorite purchases.

Overall, I love this fridge much better than my side by side. I honestly did not think I would use the touchscreen that much, but we use it for a few things. We've hooked up the RING doorbell to it, so we can see who is at the door. The Samsung Apps is what is holding this back. The shopping list WAS great, until it topped out at 50 items...that was lame. Don't really use the Pandora built in, but it works. We use our Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen instead over a fridge. Space wise, the interior is really nice. Lots of room and flexibility with the shelves. We like the shelves that fold up and the ones that slide back. The bottom drawer on the fridge is nice also (the top section). The freezer part is nice also. Like the sliding shelf in that. The only odd thing about the freezer is the handle. Not sure why they all like pull up when you pull on them, seems to be a new feature on these French Door fridges, but it just feels loose. In addition, the gap at the top of the door is slightly larger than the bottom, like .5" vs 3/8", which is annoying, but not noticeable. I've adjusted the doors myself since the installers were horrible. Overall, the fridge works great, the tech portion could be improved. Please note, the installation of the fridge was AWFUL from Best Buy. 0 stars for that. They dented the fridge (luckily on the side of the freezer), scratched my walls, got mud all over the carpets. Still waiting for some resolution from Best Buy. They are NOT fair in what they offer. I'm sure every install is different, but mine was not good at all.

I have found myself liking this fridge more than I thought I would. The best features being the family hub (of course), and the twin cooling. The twin cooling provides a noticeable increase in produce freshness. You won’t regret this appliance purchase.

After some issues with delivery that was 100% the stores fault, we received our refrigerator. Connecting to our WiFi was easy. Changing shelf height is easy, uploading photos easy, using Allrecipes and shopping lists as well as the ability to see inside is great. Only complaint we would have is that the calendar is not compatible with Apple’s calendar program. It’s obviously an android based Samsung platform and of course wants to use google or Microsoft for its calendar sync. We however have enjoyed the memos and whiteboard and the size of the fridge. We were glad to find this.

This fridge is the best purchase I made all year. The screen alone just makes your kitchen so much better, there plenty of room for everything. All my company draws on the screen. And the black stainless steel is sexy. Can't wait to Watch a movie on it

I love this refrigerator and the ability to do everything right from the screen such as play music create a grocery list, mirror my smart tv on the refrigerator when im upstairs in the kitchen.

That title should be read in the voice of Wanz (guy who sings the chorus from Macklemore's Thrift Shop). Anyway, back to the review kiddies! This frig is pretty awesome. I haven't even really used the camera's inside to look in my frig. I've mainly used the hub for writing reviews about the frig, listening to Pandora, watching my TV (you can link a 2015 or newer Samsung TV to play on it) and putting reminders on the calendar etc. It's a great frig so far. Keeps stuff cold like a Frig is supposed to as well as freezing stuff. I had to pull out one of the shelves so I had room to put my drinks in. The one thing I don't like is the left side door space. Because of the ice maker it's very limited. I don't even have anything on that side yet. All in all it' pretty f*cking. Does what it was designed to do.

The fridge works great, functions perfectly as a fridge, I gave this an average rating, because I was hoping for more with the calendar app. The calendar function was a major selling point for me and sadly it needs major work. Not user friendly with how to get each family member set up (trial and error, learned you need to have google accounts for everyone in order to add events for each family member). once set up, the app has been acting glitchy. I have lost events and have had recurring events disappear. I have had issues with times changing for events after 11/5 (which I have to assume is a time change issue) Calendar/family hub app needs much work and improvements in order to get a 5 star from me.

This is truly a fantastic refrigerator! Incredible that you can access TV shows, internet, music...all while hanging out in the kitchen. The only downfall I find is if you have tall items that belong in the refrigerator, not too many fit. This refrigerator has narrow spaces & not too tall spaces. So your tall bottle of teriyaki sauce or aloe Vera just may not fit at all in the door storage. The regular part of the fridge has very tiny spaces to put things as well. Maybe it's intended for cultures that use smaller items? Us Americans have huge food items probably, lol.

Have owned a couple of Samsung fridges and they always perform great. Love this one for not just the tech, but the fridge itself is large and can fit all sorts of tasty stuff in it and the freezer section. Lots of room. The only thing that has me a little concerned right now is that the water dispenser leaks a few drops after you get your glass full. Not a big issue, but I just hate water dripping on the floor. Maybe a removable tray would work, but it does not come with one. As for the tech side, all the cool gadgets work and yes, it mirrors our Samsung TV too, which is more of a cool toy feature because of our open floor plan. Bixby, the voice interaction, is pretty good and working with your smart home but is limited when compared to Alexa... but Bixby is growing so this could be the next voice A.I. for our smart home. All-in-all, good purchase. had a great sale at BestBuy so we finally got this fridge that we have been wanting for a long time. Maybe I wouldn't buy it for the tech, unless you are using the Samsung Smart Things hub and have your house setup with switches, dimmers and such. Then this fridge will fit right into the whole Smart Home scheme.

I love the space in both the refrigerator and freezer. All of the additional features including listening to music and looking for recipes makes planning weekly meals so much easier. Everything is at my finger tips and allows me to look for new recipes quickly. With the touch of a button, I can send ingredients right to My Shopping List connected on my phone.

This fridge replaced a much smaller traditional freezer on top, fridge on the bottom 2 door unit that was probably 20 years old. It didn't have an ice maker either. We got such a good price on this 24.2 cubic foot fridge that we couldn't pass it up. As far as features, the wife loves the roomy bottom freezer and the flexibility of the shelves in the fridge part. The door storage can only hold 1 gallon of milk on each shelf which was surprising. The Ice/Water feature takes up a lot of shelf room on the left door but there's plenty of space on the refrigerator shelves. She particularly likes the "Cool Select Pantry" compartment at the bottom of the fridge. You can select 48, 34 or 31 degrees which makes that drawer really versatile. I'm the techie in the family but still trying to figure out all the features of the computer that's built into the right front door. I get a kick out of showing friends what's inside the fridge with the "Smart Things" app on my phone. I also enjoy being able to cast what's showing on TV to the screen on the fridge. All in all, we're very pleased so far with our purchase.

Great fridge. We love the touch screen on front with all the apps. Got the best price at Best Buy plus free stuff for ordering a certain amount of money.

I was unsure about the functionality of the touch screen but after using it for a month my wife and I have found it very useful. We have found plenty of new recipes to try, the calendar syncin helps keep us aware of hat we have coming up, and being able to find recipes and have them sent directly to a shopping list is great. There is more than enough room inside for all our needs.

I had best buy come deliver the refrigerator and they did a phenomenal job. Very professional. The refrigerator itself has a lot of space as does the freeze. Hooking up to wifi was not difficult. there was a few updates that were required that kept adjusting the time and date. Many cool apps features as well. Has been living up to my expectations

lay out on the fridge is great. The screen and all of the apps are fun & useful. We are "all in" on sumsung. Having crushed ice is great. Only 2 things I don't like. The single drawer for cold cuts is too wide- it should be 2 drawers & the water dispenser is a little slow.

This Refrigerator is amazing. It looks great in my kitchen and I love being able to listen to music and look for recipes on the front.

We've had the new refrigerator for nearly a month now and had no problems with it and we've enjoyed the additional features the home hub technology offers. The layout of the refrigerator works well for our family and we feel like we can fit more food inside this one than our old side by side, even though the square footage is similar. We are holding out hope for some improvement updates to the software for the family hub. The calendar feature works, but not as well as we had hoped. It's not a big deal, but we'd like to have some calendar items (work related) shown only as busy. The way the current calendar setup is configured makes it impossible to have it shown as busy on the refrigerator and not on your google calendar.
