Likes: overall a very spacious fridge and freezer, very good water and ice dispenser, ability of smart functions are very convenient for the most part, personalization for multiple users, family screen for notes/ reminders, share calendar, ring connectivity, on unity shopping list links to phone, good preloaded apps such as recipes and grub hub, Bixby voice control works well, will connect to and control other devices through Samsung Hub. Dislikes: water catch tray pretty much nonexistent, ring app does not allow live view unless doorbell is pressed (will only access past alerts), shelf cameras will show latest snapshot of what's in fridge but mislabels 90% of what actually in it (not really that big of a deal since u can still see), not entirely fingerprint resistant.

The fridge has been good so far. There is a lack of space on the doors but easy to overcome.

I love my refrigerator ,my kids also love it especially the hub . They like to draw and listens to music on the refrigerator. We have a great time in the kitchen since purchasing this refrigerator. Nice fun fridge !

Love the tech features but the door storage stinks. And we already have a dent and scratch on it. So if you have kids and are rough on stuff this might not be best. The ice maker is small. It does the job. But the best part is the look. Looks nice!

Great fridge. The screen is really fun. My only small gripe is sometimes the ice maker struggles. Not terribly, but especially trying to get crushed ice is difficult. We just shake the ice box and it clears up. Other than that it’s awesome.

This has been a great buy so far. The apps on the unit are definitely fun, but adding photos seem nearly impossible. For the extra money spent, most people would probably be ok with a regular fridge but for someone who is a total tech head, then you will be very satisfied. Having the refrigerator tell me when items inside, as well as things I bought for the pantry, are going to go bad is a great reminder. The unit will tell you about a recipe and then send you a list of the items to go buy to make the dish. I know that Samsung has had some issues, so I will simply say so far, so good.

Fridge is wonderful especially the tv mirroring and the radio. The only thing I would say about buyer be aware is the fact in order to use the tv mirroring you have a Samsung TV. Otherwise, I am really enjoying the memo usage, my family, now has no problem writing a note of when or what they are doing on a daily basis. Thank you hubby for the wonderful gift.

Very nice features with in built camera to access remotely while shopping. The touch screen options including Ring app is cool. The inside storage / capacity though is limited compared to other models.

Technology at its best. Love the screen and news updates. Works with my wireless doorbell.

Love the many options and apps. Very attractive! Not a lot of space for condiments though.

It’s a great refrigerator with ample of space and well distributed. The family hub makes it easy to keep track of groceries when out and about. Has good apps for cooking and listening to music.

This refrigerator is a disappointment. The tablet on the door is great to use for all its capabilities such as being able to use the internet while you cook is a plus. The inside of the refrigerator is sort of on the cheap side. The crisper drawer falls off the track. The shelving inside is taken up by the ice maker and a whole shelf is practically useless because of the ice maker. You can only fit a pizza on that shelf. The ice maker also takes up space on the door again only small items fit on the door. The ice maker when you open the refrigerator door inside it’s not sealed well and water drips. The refrigerator from time to time has annoying drips sounds. The doors don’t close well. As for the camera it only takes a snap shot of part of your refrigerator which is very misleading you think you can get enough view of your refrigerators content and you can’t. Only a handful of items can be seen. It’s useless really. I got this refrigerator dented in 3 places and scratched from the stores floor model since I needed it the same day and got this a little under half price. It still was not worth $1,600.00. It’s a $900 dollar refrigerator with a $600 tablet on the door. Do not pay full price it’s not worth it.

Everyone buys for touchscreen but for the price it’s not worth it. Pros -different temps in bins is great -love the open door alarm and reminder -connects well to Ring doorbells. - Plays things in built in browser well. -View In fridge cool -storage is great -changes in shelf configuration is great Cons- -ice maker is horribly slow and loud -Doesn’t connect to all TVs using smartview. Only Samsung this really sucks. -clunky confusing apps. Need a Samsung account and then a smart things account so many logins -need more apps like YouTube etc -camera in fridge view needs to be wider but works well - screen volume needs to improve.

This is a great product. I really enjoy the family hub with all the apps.
