    software freezes every minute bixby not working most of the time design of the fridge inside is not good also water dispenser don’t have tray to hold most of it the software it’s useless

    I called Best Buy to get an exchange. It's a cool fridge, I just think I received a defective one.Code 401C keeps popping up on my screen and I constantly have to unplug my fridge and plug it back in. I called geek squad and thats what they told me to do, 3 times. Each time the code will disappear, but who wants to constantly have to do that??

    Ice maker is constantly freezes up. Samsung needs to do a better job with the ice makers on their refrigerators. Also, the apps constantly force close about 3-5 minutes after opening them.

    Bought this fridge 3 years ago and 6 months ago the ice maker broke.Repair man said there is no fix, he said buy a new fridge.Save yourself a lot of money and buy another brand.

    Purchased this fridge in January. After 10 months of working fine, (had to reboot front panel a few times) it stopped getting cold, food spoiled. Samsung sent out 2 technicians. Couldn't fix it and blamed it on an electrical issue. Wanted to do a swap...guess what, Samsung and Best Buy refuse to swap because they don't have the exact same model in stock anymore! WHAT?! After back and forth with both companies, neither will swap out for similar model even though I am still under 1 year warranty...be very careful with this company, they do treat their clients fairly.

    the product has ice built up issue that impacts cooling and samsung do not cover this in 5 years cooling warranty. THis is a manufacturing defect in samsung refrigerators and ice built up issue seems very common in samsung fridge but samsung do not own this as manufacturing defect and it will be a big repair cost to customer. Please read the samsung warranty carefully if you buy samsung fridge and make sure to buy separate protection plan as samsung warranty would not cover all.

    Not worth it. Had 3 service calls while under warranty. After warranty the ice maker broke.

    1st one purchased had to be returned within 2 months due to needing major repair. New one I have now I am already seeing ice build up in the back.

    DO NOT BUY!!!! RUN!!! this is the biggest waste of money. Worst piece of bacteria ridden waste matter left by dogs i have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. The fact that i am literally and documented brain damaged is not even a consolidation that i purchased this horrible appliance not even 2 years ago and it didnt even make it a year. Dont buy any samsung appliance. Ever.... i was warned.......

    If I could give zero stars I would. This refrigerator has been the worst I’ve ever owned. I even bought the warranty and scheduled multiple appointments and they all were canceled for no reason.. I’m out all this money because having to take time off to get this handled. Called multiple times and no one can help me they can only setup another appointment. Best Buy just may have lost a customer..

    It doesn’t have any space not even for milk you need to move stuff around to make things fit and you can’t adjust the shelves.No space on the doors also not good speakers.I tried returning it but had passed my 30 days.I didn’t have it installed before because I was remodeling my kitchen.

    I have the installers coming out tomorrow to try and fix the second frig. If that doesn’t work, it will be number three. The worst part is that geek squad put the wrong address on the second delivery and I just same on the repair. Wow!!!

    You can only get ice through the door and have to open both doors to open the meat and veggie tray. Very bad design

    Have hand this fridge for three days and it WILL NOT cool down. This is a huge problem when there is food that needs to be cold so it does not go bad.

    Does not pair to iPhone with family hub

    The fridges family hub app doesn’t not pair with an apple phone , in fact when you try to install & open family hub on iPhone the app crashes everytime... if I woulda known this I woulda never bought it , I hate it
