I don't think they thought about the height of milk and orange juice cartons. The shelf's also have a support bar underneath that I'm always hitting my knuckles on.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this on an open box deal (awesome price with minimal defects) and have had it for 9 months at this point so I feel I can provide a good review. The tech on this refrigerator is awesome and I don't even use half of it. It is always a topic of conversation when people come to my house. I love the Pandora feature so I can listen to music while I'm cooking or cleaning. Overall this is a good refrigerator. The only 2 cons are the ice maker and the lack of space for tall objects. The ice maker doesn't produce the correct ice all of the time. For instance when I press the cubed ice, I get cubed and crushed. The crushed ice is more like slush than cubed ice. That is not a big deal for me, but it may be for other. The space capacity on the inside for all objects is minimal. The shelves in the unit and on the doors have to be removed or not used if you have a 2 liter soda. I find myself laying drinks down flat rather than standing them up. Other than those 2 things I really enjoy this refrigerator.

Waste of a good idea

Half the time the app doesn’t work at store. When you look up stuff on internet it comes ashes a lot. None of the calendars connect so you have to type in manually. It doesn’t even matter if you have a Samsung phone or iPhone. Also poor storage in fridge. Great storage in freezer. Ice maker is horrible no ice cubes just shaved if any ice freezes into a big block

Weak point ice maker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just 1 year and 1 month old Samsung fridge and the ice maker is not working. Dissapointing. The warranty is only for 1 year. That's why they coudn't help me. The ice maker is a weak point. And it seems to me, it's perfectly timed to fail after 1 year. And than the only thing you hear from them, is that the warranty is expired and you have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. They coudn't tell how much the repair will be either. But I'm guessing $400 or more. Frustrating if you have a almost new fridge. It's all nice looking with a tablet and all, but the ice maker is not working after shortly passing the warranty? Looking for another fridge next time.
