    Ok, but limited space.

    This is a nice fridge but the ice box takes up a lot of room in the storage space and on the door space. Plus, I was disappointed that it was delivered with a large dent where the condenser is located. I wouldn't have accepted it if it weren't for our current fridge being out for 2 weeks. Also, the delivery guys didn't replace my front door properly.

    Don't Buy Samsung Refrigerators with Screens

    Frankly I'm disappointed that Best Buy would even sell this product. The refrigerator works fine as a refrigerator, but don't plan on using any of the wifi connectivity or features of a Samsung Ref. You will be able to connect exactly ONE time, but every time after that the App crashes as soon as you try to connect. Therefore, no updating pictures, calendars events, etc. Samsung basically tells you TOO BAD just wait for our next update on the software, but doesn't tell you when that will be. And then keeps contacting you to confirm your "Issue" has been resolved. The refrigerator is fancy and high tech looking on the floor, but don't plan on it working at home. Do your research on any Samsung appliance. To bad too, I like their TVs.

    Google Family Hub Ice Maker Issues

    Ice maker failed after six months. Can't be repaired, but under Warranty. I am almost 5 months into the Warranty claim process and still have not received a check. Even though I have received all necessary approvals from Samsung. Calls not returned, delays, ignore my emails. Worst Customer Service ever. Google "Family Hub Refrigerator ice maker issues."

    Samsung warranty only covers compressor. 4 years after $3300 purchase fridge will only cool to 59 degrees Fahrenheit , I now own a 200 lb brick. Wish I had seen the multiple online reviews about Samsung refrigerators prior to purchase. Also have a Traditional fridge that’s at least 10 years old has had zero issues.

    We all read the great Consumer Reports reviews...but the truth is different. They are not built to last. Talk to an owner that has had it ONE YEAR. 1. Known common problem where condenser freezes up obstructing fan causing fan to break. Contributing to problem: frequent breakage of sensor units, control panel, and fan breakage, cost of repair is often $600. 2. Samsung has poor customer service and a short 1 year limited warranty. 3. Temporary fix: hold down freezer and light buttons for 10 seconds until all lights go out. Push freezer button again, cycling through to “Fd”. This is forced defrost. Ok to leave stuff in freezer but best to empty fridge and leave doors open to get rid of ice build up, Videos on YouTube help, 4. Other issues, Open door sound is hard to hear and doesn’t work. Doors must be pushed shut. Cheap plastic interior can’t be disassembled to access freeze up problem. Pinch clips in center by water filter..... but I’d break plastic if I did that. 5. The Samsung HDTVs I have bought worked great but were never finished, items were missing from menus and instruction manuals, same problem with Samsung refrigerators. Obvious and serious problems are not fixed. My Kenmore Elite Amana in my garage has never broken or had any problem after over 20 years. I expect my Samsung to last less than 2 years,

    I made a big mistaken bought this Refrigerator . The Smart touch LCD screen always asked to my email and password every times I want to use. It should automatically save in the system when you setup. Doesn't matter how many times I reset the LCD and do new settings it still won't save the password or email. What a junk.

    Nice concept. Poorly executed. The mobile app that is supposed to integrate is horrible. It used to be great but then they updated it and removed most of the functionality. Calendar sync is an issue as well if you use apple calendars. Photo uploads don’t work well. I expected more from Samsung.

    DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!!!! You have been warned. This is the most expensive and worst refrigerator that I've ever owned. The ice maker has never worked right and had to be replaced. I have now been without a refrigerator for 2 months waiting on Samsung to repair it. The technician said it was fixed and it's still not fixed. This things is bad. Stay away at all cost.

    Bought this unit in september 19 2019 But already stop working twice within last 9 months. But unplugging power cable and plug back in fixed that issue both time. Now some of interior LED lights stop working and can't figure it out what to do. My last whirlpool refrigerator lasted 15 years without any issues. I won't buy their products again.

    No Support for Apps

    Apps stop working and Samsung refuses to help they tell you to contact the various apps and they don't care to help so now no Weatherbug or Epicurious making the touchscreen nearly useless. Horrible customer support from Samsung. AVOID!

    Then fridge is very nice looking . But huge issue making ice ,the ice maker gets blocked every week and you need to defrost it for 24 hrs to start making ice again .Very frustrating !
