I get compliments from everyone on this fridge and the screen. I show pictures of the grandkids and vacations. Other screen functions are good too like notes, YouTube, calendars to name a few

My wife and I were searching for an upgrade to our side by side fridge. We originally settled for a different model BUT this one was a $100 less and came with the possibilities of a built in tablet and app features. Let’s just say it’s worth the money. It has space on the inside for most everything. You can pull out a shelf for those large items like a turkey. There is shelf space on both sides and the freezer stores an impressive amount. On to the tablet. It’s sleek and neat. We make grocery lists right on the fridge and it sinks to the app on our phones. That alone is pretty neat. Then top it with cams on the inside to see if we’ve forgotten something or set expiration dates on milk, left overs, you name it. It’s convenient and neat.

The staff at Best Buy were very friendly and professional. They worked as a team to ensure my family and I were happy. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to my friends and family as well as return whenever I need anything else!!!

I love everything about this fridge except the ice maker. The reason I gave this 4 out of 5 stars is because of that reason. The cubed ice comes with both cubed and some bits of crushed ice. It's very annoying when you want only cubed and not crushed. With the crush feature it works perfectly fine... only crushed pieces. For the price and the "door tablet" you would think it everything would work well. I would suggest the newest model and not the 2017 that I have.

We got this refrigerator because of the screen for messages and pictures. It really does not hold much inside - does not have a high shelves for milk etc.

Has a lot of room. I love everything you can do on the hub.

The versatility of the interior space is amazing The deli drawer holds a different temp perfect for wine or items you don't want to be as cold as the fridge. The freezer is very useful and easy to access. Fingerprint resistance is good, smudges are easily wiped off. We can check ther contents of the fridge when at the store, it really comes im handy. Next gen add a camera facing the doors where the milk sits. Con: Some of the shelves feel flimsy especially for the premium price. The Hub is convenient especially because I can send updated messages to my family when I'm out of town. My girls love to draw on the screen and ask Bixby questions. Overall I would get it again.

I really enjoy all that samsung is doing lately and this refrigerator is over the top. I love it and if you will use the tablet and the app with it, it is definitely worth picking up on a sale but if your not that good and using a tablet or smartphone I might say just get a normal frig

This fridge is amazing! Perfect for on the go needing to know what is in your fridge while at the store or to create a list on the tablet that’ll show in your phone. It’s also great not killing my phone battery for music when I’m cooking. Pssttt it’ll keep your kid occupied as well as they can doodle inside one of the apps! Didn’t know I needed this fridge till we got an awesome deal on it and got it all set up. Would definitely recommend! Tons of room in the fridge but a bit less in the freezer but you have to compromise and you won’t regret it!!

Excellent use of refrigerator space! Good access to items in freezer too. Sound is excellent! Connectivity to internet and Ring products futuristic and very functional. I love this refrigerator!

I got this mostly since it looked nice and had a lcd on the door. The first one I got stopped working after three days and needed the lcd screen replaced. Luckily Samsung responded quickly and came to replace the screen and now after about 3 weeks later I haven’t had any issues. I really like being able to make shopping lists or having my kids add items to the list as well. Hopefully I won’t have any more issues with the lcd screen.

Excellent Fridge, tremendous touch screen capability!

If you have kids under 12 they will love the feature of Playing with the fridge tablet. It is also cool to answer your door bell from the fridge screen. I personally like being alerted when a fridge door is open. If you have smart things and Samsung to smart wise you can also control your lights from the fridge. If you try listening music with Pandora app don't expect great sound quality. Keep in mind that the fridge itself has very few space for bottles, or large milk size. However some of the shell sac convertible and you may be able to work around that.

We are really loving this new smart refrigerator. We love seeing family photos on the screen, listening to music while I cook and being able to see my recipes. We love it. It’s great

Needed a new fridge, but had no intention of buying this one. My non-techy husband, however, spotted it. Great lighting, easy to clean interior and exterior, some flexibility in shelving, and more features than we use. The shopping list is great because anyone can add to the list whenever they wish. The fridge also ties into our RING doorbell for an alert and interaction. You can listen to music, too. We have tried a few of the pop-up recipes. I like that we set and can monitor temperatures. I really like it, and very happy we caught it during a very good sale!

We bought this refrigerator during the black Friday sales for an amazing deal. Everything is great about it so far. There is plenty of space in the top and bottom section. The freezer in the bottom has a ton of room as well. The touch screen on the front is great for the grocery list and digital photos. Their app finally works after the last update and we have been enjoying it as well. It is handy to be able to see the contents of the fridge when at the store or to get alerted if our children leave the doors open for to long. The black stainless steel looks beautiful in the kitchen and it gets compliments anytime someone comes over.

I love this refrigerator. Nice to be able to listen to music. So much space and the freezer is awesome. Well designed shelves. Nice to see picture on the refrigerator.

This is a very nice fridge. I love that I can listen music, make a shopping list, my can make pictures and best of all....I can use the family hub app to view what’s inside!!!! Love it!!!!

I was expecting more out of this refrigerator, If you think that screen is a big tablet, you are wrong. It came only with a few apps. And, No! You can download any other app. But I guess what we need is what it does inside. Keep your food fresh! !

love the family hub. Samsung could make it easier to use by supplying the customer with a handout on the functions of the Hub and an easy setup guide. Instead you are given one on the refrigerator that doesn't include the Hub. The hub is amazing but I worry I am missing some of the goodies by not having handy instructions that are easy to refer to. We have spent a lot of time watching the slide show of our photos with music playing in the background.
