love the family hub. Samsung could make it easier to use by supplying the customer with a handout on the functions of the Hub and an easy setup guide. Instead you are given one on the refrigerator that doesn't include the Hub. The hub is amazing but I worry I am missing some of the goodies by not having handy instructions that are easy to refer to. We have spent a lot of time watching the slide show of our photos with music playing in the background.

Very roomie and the hub is a fun family interactive piece that we are enjoying. Love that the entire family can participate in adding to the shopping list.

I'm amazed at the capability of this refrigerator. We've uploaded pictures, use it for recipies , play our music on spotify and tied it in to our ring doorbell, so we can see who is at the door. Still figuring out other capabilities

This fridge is great! Especially if you are a tech junkie. The calendar syncs to your phone and tells you what you have going on that day, you can input expiration dates and it tells you when sometimhing is expired, you can get on the internet, watch you tube videos, talk to “bixby” who is like Alexa. I have my photos as a screensaver. I turn on the pandora radio while I’m cooking. It does so much more than this, too! The inside is great too, the ice machine and water dispenser are sleek looking and work well. Love love love love love this fridge. I’ll never be able to go back to a regular fridge now.

Overall we love the fridge. Kids especially. The camera inside the fridge doesn't cover all of the fridge so. You know only what you see in one location. And what in front not the whole inside. The tray below the water dispenser could be designed differently. If just a little of water over flowed there is a puddle on the floor that if not caught could mess up someone hard wood or laminate floor. The inside could use a better material. And the ability to download apps from app store would be better

We are so happy we got this specific refrigerator, my husband and daughter love to play with the screen and put different pics on it google any information on it and listen to music, they also use the calendar too. Inside this fridge is very spacious and practical It has space for everything we need. It has a huge double freezer which allows us to separate different food in 2 different compartment which I think is a big plus. Would definitely recommend this product!

I was apprehensive about purchasing this product due to all of the negative reviews but I took a chance, due to the sale price. It is a beautiful refrigerator and very spacious. Ice and water maker works perfectly. We enjoy listening to music from the Spotify app and we like that we can view our ring doorbell on the screen. The only con I have noticed so far is the mirroring function of the television to fridge doesn’t seem to connect but that is not a deal breaker for me. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

We had a Samsung before so when we moved into our new home we looked at Samsung again. The LED panel caught my eye. It does all kind of cool things like showing picture inside the fridge and playing music. Basically a tablet. Fridge is works great to.

The only issue we had was with the ice machine. It stopped making ice within two months of purchasing it. Although, the service was great. They immediately came out and replaced the ice maker...no additional charges, no fuss. Since then it's performed well. No issues at all. It's a good looking fridge, get many compliments from friends and family.

The family hub is what sets this refrigerator apart. The ability to listen to music, watch TV, and search the web are the options we use the most.

The Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator is sleek and trendy. Functions of the Hub itself are simple and easy to use. I really enjoy many of the functions. However, there is a major issue with the icemaker on this unit. It frequently freezes and stops making ice. Once you chip away the frozen ice and give it a few minutes, its back to normal. But it is annoying. Known problem with the model.

I did plenty of research before buying this Samsung model. I can say, without a doubt, I couldn't have selected a better appliance. It's extremely easy to setup and use. The functions are unmatched by any other fridge. Hands down, it's the best!

Great Fridge! Just what I wanted! I love the space inside the refrigerator area where you can fit platters on the shelves. The family hub is futuristic and it’s great to be able to look inside of it from your cellphone ( just in case you forget something when you’re at the grocery store). The sound that gently plays when someone has left the refrigerator door open is an added bonus.

We absolutely love our refrigerator. I make shopping easy when you don’t have to stop to make a phone call home just to see what you need. Is open my app I can see everything inside of my refrigerator and Wala I know what to buy.

This fridge was beyond my expectations. Incredibly spacious, sleek look and the Family Hub/ interface is super convenient and fun.

nice looking fridge with lots of options and abilities with internet connections sometimes loses connection and have to replug it in but that could be my internet connection I guess.

Los of bells and whisles. Linked a Bluetooth speaker and listen to Pandora while working in the kitchen. Some questionable storage (awkward door shelves) but a beautiful appliance

This is a really cool refrigerator! I love being able to see inside while I am out and about and when I add something to the notes, it updates the app. I do wish it had access to apps in general like recipe apps. Pretty limited there, there is no choosing the apps offered. Also, be aware of the size! I kind of wish I had gotten a bigger one. Not very spacious for sure! And the ice dispenser is really small too.
