From the moment we plugged in the fridge and after configuring the family hub we have been satisfied. The android and ios software needs some work. Android software crashes on most of options except for shopping list and uploading pictures and videos. Make sure you factory reset the family hub before fully configuring it. This will help with the issues that we had which were minor if you run into the issue with Bixby configuration. Took 1 star off because the freezer drawer bin is missing. Trying to call Best Buy at this moment and I keep getting a ringing tone and no answer. Kind of frustrating. What happened to the good ole customer service?

This refrigerator is amazing, I love all the smart features it has. The space that this refrigerator has is great as well and the flex drawer is unbelievable on how you can use it for so many things.

I like the look of the fridge, but it has its drawbacks. The ice machine sucks...takes up a lot of room, is slow, and doesn't make a ton of ice. Fridge keeps running warm... keep getting alerts...also, although all my meats freeze in the fridge, which is set at -8 degrees, my ice cream and bread products, will not freeze, and they have been in there for a month...no matter where I move them too, and the freezer is half empty, so its not overloaded...its bizarre. It also does not give you much room for tall items like a gallon of milk, oj, soda etc... and I can't figure out how to adjust the shelves with out breaking them. Love the Hub...but as for the rest...wish I did more research and had more options.

in our home ,the kitchen is ,,,our familie's hub!! it's the place we all come together for many different reasons, and now w the family hub refrigerator, an ambiance has been added to the room, never thought that could be possible or even imagined it,,,, anyway it fits our family perfectly! it may not be great for all, but its definitely awesome sauce for us! I appreciate all the time, patience, and attention to detail that Mitch gave ,as this appliance should be well thought out as to make sure it's right for your needs ,and to Samsungfor all the thoughtthats gone into the design of it! * imho* I do not feel that it should be a purchase made without much thought... otherwise it may not be appreciated! we love this fridge!!!

We love how easy is to locate products and produce within each compartment. Also, all features of the Family Hub are useable. We recommend that the Geek Squad personnel are trained on the Family Hub set up.

Nice design and concept, with poorly throughout software and app integration and or connectivity. Ice maker...no issues to date, but we use a lot of ice everyday. So this may not be a problem or issue for my home. Water dispenser leaks every so often, just a few drops...but that's really really annoying. Its leaves random dried up spots. That whole non fingerprint thing...nope, it will have fingerprints, but not as much. I keep a micro towel close by in a drawer to wipe off and keep it clean. It does keep everything nice and cold and or frozen...and the flex drawer is a must have. Overall...I do like and would hope they make some minor adjustments and or improvements to justify this price point.

This is the coolest fridge ever (pun intended). I thought that screens on fridges were a fad and just for show, but it comes in very useful! I like the shopping list and calendar features. It's also extremely convenient to be able to pull up a recipe directly. Also, the speakers are very strong and clear, perfect for dancing 'round the kitchen in the refrigerator light (if you get that reference, you are also very cool). Highly reccommend buying, perfect for all your cooking needs and desires!

I was hesitant at first to lose the additional shelf space that the hub takes up; however, overall I am pleased with the purchase after mingling with the apps and the functionality of the hub itself. From offering culinary inspirations, to peaking inside the fridge via cameras, to mirroring content from my Samsung phone, the hub is very versatile. The only negative to this product is the ice dispenser. It is very difficult to prevent chopped ice from spilling over your cup and the drip basin is too shallow to prevent ice from bouncing off and hitting the floor. Minor inconvenience though

It's not only pretty, it is also nice to have something to remind me when food are nearing expiration, to look up recipes on, and the speakers ain't to bad either. Really happy with the product. The ice maker could work better and if you need a lot of door space it's not the fridge for you. Getting it was a hassle with the wrong original delivery, but they let us keep the wrong fridge until another was delivered. Damnaged so returned again for a final and third delivery. Overall happy with the product.

Really excited about getting this refrigerator delivered in the next couple weeks. It’s a really pricey refrigerator but you pay premium to have an interactive display on your refrigerator. We could have bought a much cheaper Samsung refrigerator but we thought it would nice to have the touchscreen display. I was able to test out the Family hub at the store and it seem very useful. I will able to see what’s in the refrigerator without opening it up or being at home which could very helpful. My wife like that it has plenty of storage as well. Also, love that I can connect to any other Samsung device including the washer and dryer.

Very nice design. Plenty of room. Visibility of what is available. Seems to hold it’s temperature very well.

Well the linear compressor on my 7 year old LG fridge went bad and although the part is under warranty the labor was $575. So after some internal debate I decided that the fridge I really wanted should be smart and be able to show me the contents of my fridge without opening the doors - And there she was....the Samsung 27.7 Family Hub. All kidding aside this is a great fridge and easy to set up to add ring doorbell, Arlo cameras etc into the smart settings. Time will tell to see if this fridge can go 10 plus years without any issues but so far so good !!!

Very nice fridge a lot of storage it’s practical and the lcd screen is pretty sick and useful money well spent

Lots of space, great quality and looks. Our little girls just love the Family Hub feature. At the beginning we had an issue with the inside camera, but it was solved by a quick visit by a Samsung technician. As it turns out, the fridge doors had to be removed to make it fit through our front door. So, in the process, wire harnesses had to be disconnected. In the door re-assembly process, one of the connectors had been connected backwards. The technician quickly discovered and corrected the error. After that, no issues!

Love the fridge! Plenty of room with lots of nice little features and the middle drawer is the best for kids snacks!

I have had my refrigerator for a like over a year and I absolutely love it. My daughter died recently and I have her pictures being displayed in a slide show on the refrigerator. It gives me such a sense of peace when I’m in the kitchen and look up to the refrigerator to see her smiling

Awesome refridgerator, logs your groceries, has all the apps you ever wanted, play music while cooking, dance after dinner. Watch cooking shows to determine dessert. Has a separate drawer to keep your beverages cold and readily available. Multiple storage bins for fruits and vegetables, freezer has a quick access drawer for frozen treats or tv dinners, and a larger area below that餐hold啊large ham and turkey, with room for the fries, lol. Need I say more?

This refrigerator is the highlight of any kitchen. It’s high tech features are very convenient.

I love that I can create my food list and see my calendar as I'm making my coffee. I realize it's pricey, but you get what you pay for and so far, I've made a great investment. If you take your time and read the instructions, it's pretty simple to use. My friends love it and are thinking about getting one too. My only reason for deducting a star was that some of my food items like bottles of beer didn't fit and there was no way to adjust for that.
