I love my Samsung family hub refrigerator it is spacious and I love all of the technological features it offers my family!

This thing is incredible. Having a flex zone on one of the doors is brilliant. Having recipes on the screen has been so useful.

Had the frig for a few weeks and have played with some of the features but there is still so much more. The biggest things that I love so far are that it displays the time/weather on the frig. If it is raining outside it shows it really cool. I also like that different people can create an account to sync with the frig. It makes ice fast so it never seems to run out with the entire family using. I love that it tells you that it has been left open. I like how you can view what is inside the frig but it is only limited to the top.

the fridge has a good capacity, the technology is tpp of t line and the looks of it is amazing, easy to set up.

This refrigerator is almost everything you could ask for. It has a tv built in. It has pandora built in. It controls my tv. It controls my ovens. It has a flex area if I need more space for thanksgiving. The only thing I wish it has is a built in pitcher for water. It tells you when everything is done cooking. It finds recipes for the contents of your refrigerator. It walks you through making the meals. Unfortunately some of the recipes are terrible.

Samsung does it again! This is a great refrigerator, especially for those who love technology. Does everything that a normal fridge does with the added bonus. Our family loves the tablet-like interface and the AKG speaker certainly does not disappoint. My kids and I use the whiteboard a lot to message one another when I'm out of town - really cool! Other features, like the ability to remotely see inside your unit with the built-in cameras. Money well spent for our family!

We really like the refrigerator and the capability to use one side as a freezer or refrigerator. The instructions on how to operate the window display is not easy. For being fingerprint resistant it does show a lot of fingerprints.

Have had error 41 code on fridge since about 30 days after purchase. Have been "riding" Best Buy and Samsung since abut this and my dishwasher failure. They talk about their great support (Both Samsung and Best Buy) but when it comes down to actual execution, not so good. If I didn't continously follow up with them, I'd never hear from them again. I feel pretty sure about that. Getting someone to take ownership my situation and see it through to completion has been non-existent. I have to do just about everything or nothing happens. $15,000 spent in June, 2019 (keeping in mind this has been going on since like September/October 2019)... I just expected more from both companies. I put all new Samsung appliances in my kitchen and laundry room and mostly regret that decision now. My dishwasher (the top model from Samsung) is also in failure state and, like the fridge, has been now months now. Can't use dishwasher without putting drainhose into 3-5 gallon water bottle and emptying it after each cycle. If not, dishwasher no worky and wife no likey. We bought, pretty much, all top of the Samsung line fridge, dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, front load washer and dryer and Best Buy and/or whoever they subcontract with handled all delivery, installation and haul away of old appliances as needed. Other than the 2 devices I mentioned a few moments ago, everything else works as expected. It seems to me that Samsung would be a bit more concerned about their reputaion being somewhat new to the game in the U.S.

I love the fact I can use one of the bottom doors as freezer or refrigerator. And can see what is in the frig at the store.

Aside from what other users said about Samsung. This Refrigerator has been the most exciting thing I have put into my kitchen. I can cook and listen to music and look up recipes all at the same time. I have had this for about a year and have not had any issues only great things to say about this awesome fridge.
