Finally, FINALLY it takes less than two days to charge a phone using wireless charging. I'll give Samsung a huge thumbs up for the quick-charging version of their wireless chargers. It only takes a small amount longer than the adaptive fast-charger that comes with their newer phones, and previous Qi solutions were only about as fast as regular, 1A USB at best. This particular charger is pretty handy and is a pretty good solution compared to their previous solutions, a standard flat base and a stood-up fast charger. It lets you use the charger as you see fit. I usually keep it propped up so I can still see my phone, but there are occasions where I lay it down so my phone will lay flat and out of the way. It offers a single product for multiple kinds of users. I don't have a particular option on the materials used for building it, but the faux-leather is kinda nice. The base is pretty solid once in place, with a non-slip pad on the bottom. It doesn't move during any normal use. One of my favorite parts is that when propped, the phone-stop at the bottom will allow the phone to sit in just the right spot (it was reported with older models that you only got quick-charging if the phone was juuuuust right, but as I never purchased those, I could not tell you if that is true or not) for fast charging even with a case on. I use an Otterbox Commute, not the thickest case but certainly not the thinnest either. Overall, it's just really convenient to just set my phone down. BONUS: The power source is a regular Adaptive Fast-Charger with a USB-C cable, not a special kind of charger and plug. Well, no more special than the samsung-limited AFC chargers.

I had a wireless charger previously and enjoyed it, but it made my phone warm so I got this based on what I saw in reviews. It actually keeps cool. I can also charge my phone with its case on unlike the other one I had. It charges at a decent speed, but I have the S7 Edge so it has the fast charge feature. It is a little bulky compared to some other chargers. Really the only downfall is the price.

I really like that you just set it on top of or stand it up in the charger instead of having to plug the cord in to the phone. The port where you plug the charger in was always an issue & would cause connection problems leading to the phone not charging so not having to plug in is the BEST! You do have to watch the indicator light to make sure the battery is connected for charging because if you set it on top in a hurry, it is possible that the connection between the battery & the charger is not made & charging will not occur. It also chargers the phone much faster than the traditional plug in method,

The charger works fine even with an Otterbox case on the phone. That was a pleasant surprise, and the unit is smaller than I expected. And is fast charging!

this is a LOT smaller than I expected.. That is a good thing. I was expecting it to be a bit larger. I love that I can change the format. But it does take a bit of tugging to open it up. but with a case and in any angle it connects without a problem and when i touch the phone, it doesnt disconnect the charge!

I was so frustrated with Samsung wireless charging pads because they charge slowly and you have to find the right spot on them to work. This pad can be used as a stand also and the area is much larger and doesn't require such precise placement of your phone on it to work. It is a little pricey though.

The Samsung - Fast Charge Wireless Charging Convertible Stand is pretty cool, in theory. I mean it does work exactly as described. You set your phone on it and it starts to charge. There is no need to plug a wire into your phone. There does, however need to be a wire from the wall to the device, making the charger itself not easily mobile (you can just take a wall plug which is smaller and lighter). It does slide up so you can charge your phone with it either lying flat or leaning up against it which is nice if you have on, say a desk. You can't, however, use the phone while charging. The other drawback is the phone has to be directly on the charger. So, if you use a cell phone case to protect your phone, as many of us do, you will need to take it out of the case every time you want to charge it and put in back in to the case when your done. For me, it's just easier to plug the wire directly into my phone....no fuss, no muss. Plus, then i can use the phone while it's charging. Like I said...cool in theory, but hasn't turned out to be very practical. For me, at least. Absolutely no problems with the product itself though.

This charger is the best of both worlds it can be closed and used as a low profile charger or propped up to charge like if you have it on a desk. It chargers your phone fast but not as fast if you had the phone directly connected to the charging cable, the actual convertible pad is mad if a faux leather that I actually like that won't scratch your phone like other charging pads. I bought 3!!!!

Definitely woth the money. Makes charging the phone up at night much easier and allows for use of thebalways on display. It is definitely worth. Charges just as fast as being plugged into a fast charger. And yes, it does work with a case on the phone. I cjarge my phone every night in the case on this charger.

Great option of charging but is only works sometimes. I have to make sure my phone is lined up perfectly or I will wake up to a phone at only 30%. Also stand is not large enough to hold the Note8. So I have to lay it down on top of the charger. But when I lay it down right not in a rush. It works great. Just make sure the light stays on.

It is a good charger and works well with the iPhone X. It seems to charge it fairly quickly, however, still not as fast as a cabled charge. It does have a high price tag when not on sale and I'm not sure it is worth the premium price tag over the fast charger that isn't convertible.

Nice product, charges my Samsung galaxy s8 nicely after finding the sweet spot. Works best when the pad is in the upright position. Will not charge a moto360 watch though, which is what I originally bought it for. The price is a little steep for what you get. It's a wireless charger.

Ok. So I had to take back the first one because it had issues. The high pitched noise from the fan should have been a quick indicator. Even with the new one that works more reliably, it is hit and miss when I place the phone on the charger if it will charge. I've gotten used to the position that typically accommodates the charging as well as looking at the indicator light. If it is solid, then you're good. if it's blinking, then re-position the phone. Also, if you want a faster charge, take the wireless device off and place the phone directly in to the USB C line. The phone has consistently given me faster times when I've tested direct connections to the USB C cable vs setting it on the wireless charger. I do like the convenience of not having to plug anything in and being able to pick up the phone and go. I'm sure the technology will just get better over the years where the phone will not need to be so precisely placed on top of the wireless charger.

Bought this to take advantage of wireless charging on my new Iphone and i love it. Charges fast and the charge is the same as a hardwire one. I really like the stand up feature so I can see messages and such right on the charger.

I usually don't write reviews on products. This product really satisfies. It charges super fast and is a cool design. For larger phones, you may have to move the phone around a bit to get the right charging location.

The wireless charger works really well. I was a little concerned it wouldn't charge my phone with a cover on it...but no problem! I like that a light comes on to show your phone is positioned right and charging.

This works well with the iPhone 8 and charges quite quickly. The secret is setting it down and leaving it there - if you constantly remove it and replace it, the charge will take much longer. As a comparison, this is FAR quicker than most wireless chargers and seems to be about 10-15% faster than the standard lightning charger brick.

We have multiple Samsung phones in our household, with my spouse & myself owning the Galaxy S8+. Although we have solid wi-fi throughout the house and my spouse being able to work from home, our usage varies so much that we can go through a solid charge in no time if we are using our phones to do a lot of things. Having the ability to have this charger available in the middle of our main room, for either one of us to place on the charger without looking for regular, wired chargers is not just a convenience, but a must. Since purchasing this charger I am very rarely ever catching myself below 50% for any reason at any time. When I am watching TV or just doing something else around the house I leave my phone on the charger and it just stays charged. I have no issues with the phone overheating. My spouse says that when they are working they leave the phone on the charger awaiting that next phone call. In the upright position, they can see all of there notifications pop-up when necessary, without having to remove the phone. I read before I purchased mine that the charger can be a little funny when standing the phone upright, but I have had no issues when carefully placing it as close to the middle of the pad as I possible can. The fast charge is exact and charges just as fast as the regular, fast charging cable they provide with the phone. My only negative is that the price is high compared to other charging pads by Samsung, and really high compared to the off-brand pads. That is the only reason I have it 4 out of 5 stars. I had a gift card burning a hole in my pocket so I purchased this for much less than the regular price and that is ultimately why I went for this product. If you can afford it I would highly recommend this item.

It's really easy to use! You have to position the phone just right and if you have a big bulky phone case you gotta take it off every time you charge it. My boyfriend had bought a case with a kick stand which interfered. But I honestly haven't had a problem with it at all. It charges just like if you had it plugged in only without having to find the wire every time...you just set the phone on it. And you can have it standing up or push it down too have the phone lay on top
