This works good. I don't have to take my case off (Otter box Defender). 4 stars because sometimes if the phone isn't placed right it won't charge. I would like to just put it on the pad and it start charging. So check after a few seconds to make sure the charging light is steady. If it's flashing, reposition your phone. Otherwise, great device.

Best, easiest and fastest way to charge your phone. Doubles as a phone stand. Easy operating instructions. Alerts you when your phone docks. Alert for improper connection from phone to charger stand. And best of all, you can typically keep your case/cover on your phone while docked & charging!

I bought this charger for my boyfriend's Christmas gift, and we both swear by it! Charges fast (even though I have a light case), we both have different Samsung's and works great on both, more convienent than having to plug in every night. Slightly expensive, but so worth the cost!

I've been using wireless charging units for past 3 years now and this latest Fast wireless charger from Samsung is worth the price point in terms of the build quality and the speed of charging. I feel the total charging time for my Galaxy S8+ from 0-100% is little over the expected time. Can be much faster to charge. This is the best wireless charger by far in the market as of today.

I have an older version of the Samsung Fast Charging Wireless Charger, but this new model is far superior. It is convertible where you can lay the phone on top of it or change it to a cradle configuration. I did not consider purchasing this model until I saw it. It makes perfect sense and I love it. What I really like is the fact I can use it with the case on the phone. My case is a rather thick leather wallet like enclosure which works just fine. I come home an place the phone immediately on the charger until I need to use it. My phone connects through Bluetooth to a cordless headset, so it know need to use the phone while it is charging. It is super fast having a full charge in about an hour. When I get ready to leave, I grab the phone confident that it is fully charged. Life could not be better. I recommend this product.

I finally have the right charger for my Note 8. The other charger didn't work well with my phone but this one does the trick. The only thing is it really isn't wireless. It still has to be plugged in but the phone charges without the cord. I wish it was like the power pack charge the capacitor and go. Make sure you take you case off it may cause interference while charging!

This charging system is GREAT! Very Convenient and easy to use for both of our Samsung Note 8 and Note 5, just position it in either up or down, it will charge. Not only that, even if your phone is with protective cover it will still work fine. Nice design of LED light indication if it charging or not and if your battery if fully charged already. Highly recommendable.

Very easy to use and love how it can be flat laying down or stand it up

Charges quickly, nice flexibility (2 positions) BUT there's a problem with the top surface not being entirely flat. When it's in the upright position and a big phone is on it, it's a bit harder to get it positioned correctly because the flat back of the phone is not touching the entire surface of the charger. Nice thought, but not best implementation.

Even though it's pretty pricey, I like the option of having it stand or lie flat. It looks nice and is soft to touch so that phone doesn't slide off or become damaged. Charges iphone x as fast as any other wireless charger as well.

For a long time I couldn't decide which wireless charger I wanted - a flat one or a standing up one - so I decided to go for this Samsung convertible charger. It has a premium feel to it and works great. I have an iPhone X and it charges fast. The one real downside is that it's expensive. The other thing I would say is that you have to consider whether you really want a wireless charger. Yes, it's really cool and super easy and convenient, but it's really mostly helpful only when you're on a desk or you know you're gonna be away from your phone for a while (or you have a smartwatch). If you're sitting on a couch and you want to constantly pick up and look at your phone while having it charged, then this won't really help you and you're gonna want to have it plugged into a wire.

Finally something for purpose and useful. Bought this with my new 8+ found it to be very handy to charge my phone. One thing I found about it was the ability to dock it upright and watch streaming video without holding the phone, score.
