I guess you have to place the phone just right. Couple of time my phone end up not charging. save the money to buy something else.

I have the Otter Box Series case on my S8+. The charger worked well with the phone in a horizontal position. However, it would not charge when using the upright feature of the charger. Brought it back to the store and the Samsung rep tried his phone, which did not have a case on it, and his phone also would not charge in the upright position. Not worth the price, and the regular wireless charger is better.

Slowest charger in the house. Not sure why, but it takes ALL NIGHT to charge my phone using this charger.

Not bad but I can't get the fast charging to work. The charger is nice keep your phone in the right place.

Works great at first then after two weeks it starts to not connect to phone unless you reset the phone on it a few times.

Love the idea of this...don't have to actually plug in your phone and worry about the connection. However, in the first week the part that plugs into the wall quit working. I replaced with another part. Now after 6 months, it's very difficult to set the phone on properly to even charge. It is supposed to be fast charging, but plugging the phone to charge directly is much faster.

The profuct eorks good, however, save your money and buy a stationary charger. Your paying extrs money for the movement.

Works with cases laying down but not in the stand up position would get 5 stars if it worked in the stand up position

I like the functionality of it, but since it won't charge with my case, I've got to get a thinner case (I have the S8).

It's very bulky in size, which is a minor issue compared to the fact that I couldn't get it to work with my Galaxy S8+.

This product was advertised as fast charging. It is no way fast charging. In fact, the phone will say, "estimated time is 2.5 hours," and then it takes 3.5 hours. So, when I want a fast charge, I plug in my phone directly. I like that the phone sits on a stand, but really, how different is that from having the phone connected to a wire. In fact, if you want to continuously charge the phone and use it at the same time, the wire might be more convenient. I am trying to "follow directions" and not continuously charge my phone or start charging it before it gets to 10%. It's a conundrum, but if the device was truly fast charging, it would be better. (Note direct fast charging of the phone is generally about an hour faster than the optimistic time for this device and almost two hours faster than the actual time.)

It does not work if you put a protective case such as an otter box on it. Does make a convenient place to lay phone

Works really well. However it will only charge my galaxys8+ in the flat position May be due to the otter box case

This came as a package deal with the Galaxy S8+. Great device that charged my phone very quickly. However, it stopped working within 2 months of purchase. Will try to return and replace, but it's outside the return policy date, so looks like my free gift with the purchase of the phone ended up being a dud.

It was free with purchase of the phone. The charger that comes with the phone charges faster then this product

it will not charge with plastic protector in. so the protector has to be removed in order to charge the phone.

phone does not charge when phone case is on, taking case of may cause issues if phone is dropped

The pad works good, however nothing great for the extra bucks spent. I would get a permanent charging pad.
