This charger does not work with an Otterbox case...

Fast charge is more like a regular charge you get a way faster charge on USB.

It has been extremely upsetting trying to easilly use this charger as I have to take my cell phone Otter Case off of my phone to use the wireless charger. I have not had to do this with other wireless chargers that I’ve used before. My cell phone case is not easily removed and replaced and that further makes this purchase regrettable. In fact, there is nothing I like about this, it is very small, the phone slips easily from it’s wireless charging spot, I feel it’s all hype and no performance. It is not suitable for real world applications if you use a cell phone case and your phone has to be in a very specific place to charge and not doing so easily not chargers it.

Had issue with phone not always sitting correctly and phone would not charge

Be careful and mindful when buying this wireless charging stand that it will not work with certain phone cases. Some cases are too thick and render this wireless stand pointless. I returned mine due to this because the case I had was too thick and a pain to keep removing, so I have no problem simply using the wall charger

The wireless charger does not charge through my phone case witch renders it useless

I hope most people utilize a case on their Brand-new essay galaxys!. However, if you have a case such as the lifeproof defender these will barely work. You must position the phone perfectly on the charger for it to activate. It is more hassle than it's worth. Plus it does charge at a slower rate than just plugging in.

Like it don't love it phone sits a little wonkie on it with my alcantera case.

Too many times now this stops charging in the middle of the night and I wake up with low battery! If you don't like it up perfectly you lose connection and sometimes it doesn't matter if it's lined up or not.. Still stops charging! Try again Samsung! For the cost it should work a LOT BETTER!

I like the stereo. It's nice to go hands free, and the illumination is cool.

It don't charger that fast. It ok if you just have time for it to charger.
