Its an ok Charger, For me it dosen't work all the time, had it for 1 month

This is a great product but does not work with the otter box defender caae

This charger is very convenient however it charges incredibly slow.

Glad I got this with the purchase. It does not seem to charge any faster.

I was excited to use the wireless charging, but it kept disconnecting with the OtterBox Commuter case on. It doesn't work at all with a PopSocket. You would have to remove the case every time you need to charge. That's just not feasible.

I don't really think it charges my phone any faster than plugging it in.

Great thought but will not work if you have a large case on the phone

I have a note 8 with a Samsung rugged cover and this charger did not work how it should have. First time I bought it, it worked standing up then the next day it would only charge sideways. It eventually just started blinking. I returned it and got a new one and this one was worse. It would not charge my phone at all standing. The only way it charged if it was flat. I tried one last time and same thing; it only charged when it was flat. It defeated the purpose of getting a convertible charger. I decided to get a Samsung - Fast Charge 9W Qi Certified Wireless Charging Pad which is a standalone and this one has worked perfectly with my note 8 with Samsung rugged cover. I would think a Samsung phone with a Samsung cover would work with a Samsung device.

Works fine, but should not call it "fast charging"....

Average at best... personally I dont see the rapid charge

If you prefer to charge your phone in the upright configuration, the Note 9 is too tall and the top end falls back, which pushes the bottom out and creates a pretty good gap that often breaks the connection between the phone and the curved pad. I took it back.

Convenient but very slow. Wish the charging time was better.

Charge speed could be faster, but I got this for free.

The unit looks cool being made out of some sort of faux leather , However it's a big downgrade from the previous itteration. It's much harder to find the sweet spot to get it to charge when it's laying flat. When its upright the S8 with a case will slip right off.
