Wireless charging works good, but the charger block broke within a week. But the wireless charging still working.

Not to mention phone get's so hot you can almost get a burn blister. Very poor product, I returned mine.

The connection from cord to the plug quit working within 2 days and i had to use a different one. You also have to have the phone on just right to charge.

Charges very slowly. This would make a better paper weight. Totally pointless to even have this apart from just having another little extra.

Wish I had my money in my pocket instead of this thing. I bought two very expensive paper weights if you know what I mean. I have a Galaxy S8 so you figure they would work flawlessly, they don't. Number 1: They are not fast at all. Number 2: they don't charge you phone fully. I do not recommended buying this charger.. Remember I have two and both work the same way so it isn't like I got a bad unit. Stick with your cable, way better and a lot faster.

This item is very glitchy. The stand itself isn't practical. Ended up getting the cheaper one and it's totally better then this one.

It charges slower than the cord provided by Samsung. I hardly ever use this because of that. Not worth the price.

At best it's a pretty inconsistent piece of equipment. Sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't.

The charger works well, but is very slow, takes 6 hours to charge a phone and doesn't work at all on android tablet

I originally bought the just stand up one, and liked it so much I figured I'd splurge and buy this convertible one. It was a huge let down, would not charge phone at all in vertical or horizontal position, only when the pad was in the flat position. Reason I like the stand up option is to use phone as a clock and to see notifications since it sits on my night stand. Ended up returning it.

I definitely prefer the fast charging cable that came with my Samsung note 8. This stand charger was no big deal to me

This charger didn't work from day one. I had waited to long to use it so when I found out it didn't work it was too late to take it back to Best Buy. I had to deal with Samsung and let me just say They make some great products, but their service stinks. It took 2 months to get a replacement and it doesn't work either Guess I'll have to bit the bullet on this charger and buy a different one.

Product works just fine except we don't use it. Using the standard cord charger works best for me. Would not recommend.

My phone does not work and charged correctly. After 20-30 minutes the phone charging ok unit stops charge of the phone.

It doesn't charge all the time. You have to place it exactly the way they want it otherwise, it, won't charge.

Not impressed. Says its a fast charger but it charges in the same amount of time as my regular non fast puck charger

Bought this because it was supposed to be a cast wireless charger. When I placed my phone on the device. It said it would take 6 hours to charge but when I just used the cord it said it would talk and hour and a half. So I still left it on the wireless charger to see if indeed it would take 6 hours and it sure did take 6 hours. Took it back for a full refund.

This thing charges at half speed and kicks off every time you look at the phone practically. Not worth it.

It was very hard to get it to work. Have to find the perfect spot. There are better options
