If we use this accessory to charge it takes longer than it would when you use wired charging.

I've used the device for a month. I've had it flat, I've had it upright. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've made sure to adjust it just so, so that when I go to sleep the red light is on and the blue charge light is on. Wake up and it never charged. Can't play a guessing game with something as important as my phone.

The wireless charging technology is mainstream, this product is NOT ready for primetime! Poor design difficult to find the "sweet spot" and my phone has set a few nights and appeared to be charging only to find in the morning it somehow disconnected. Also, forget about using the angle option. Complete waste of money!

Not sure what i am doing incorrect but this thing takes forever to charge my phone.

I use otterbox defender and when flat down it charges but in converted up position it won't charge through the case... returned and bought a second one and it had the same issue. Best buy stores are no longer carrying this in the stores so im taking the hint and not getting a 3rd one.

I received the charger pad as a promotional item. Each time I've attempted to charge my phone the charger does not work. I was told the charger pad was top of the line...not so. Since this item was free I boxed it back up and stored it in my closet. I'm using the regular charger and it works just fine

Not fast charging, I dont like it, not worth it..dont buy it

It seemed to charge at the same pace as a plug in charger. Also if you have a pop socket attached to the back, it has to be towards the bottom of the phone to charge. My pop socket is in the middle and would not charge with it on. Waste of time and money for me.

I encourage everyone to stick to the basic. The phone charger charge much faster than the fast chargers. The the money you pay for a fast charger it's ridiculous to find out they are really SLOW CHARGER. Don't waste your money. Had to take mine back twice. Got money back.

WAS INFORMED THAT THIS WORKS GREAT WITH THE APPLE IPHONE TEN.... WITH THIS PRODUCT I MUST REMOVE FROM THE CASE OR IT CONTINUALLY BEEPS .. THE OTHER ONE I USED DID NOT DO THIS ....AFTER REMOVING FROM CASE IT TAKES OVER NITE TO FULLY CHARGE THE IPHONE TEN

I excited to have a wireless charger so i wouldn't be putting the plug in as much( i've had problems in the past with the port being damaged after time). but this charger takes forever to charge a phone. Over an hour. Not worth the money at all.

This does make charging easier, no more struggling with cables or adaptors at the end of a long day. Quick charging for those days you run your battery down(about 2 hours 45 mins) full charge. 2 issues; one the led blue indicator light is incredibly bright and is annoying in a dark room, there is no way to turn it off. The 2nd is you really need to be careful how you lay it on the charging pad if your off by a half inch it will not charge. Room for improvement but it's good.

When purchased I was told that it would charge without taking it from phone case without any problem. I have thin case and in order to use this charger I have to remove phone from case. Way more trouble than just connecting regular charger.

The wireless charger is horrible you lay down your phone 10 seconds later it stops charging you go to put it into vertical mode it doesn't wanna charge either I do not recommend this product whatsoever I'm going to be returning it tomorrow

This stand is awkward and it's not big enough to sit the Samsung Galaxy 8 plus upright, you have to turn it sideways. Not sure if it works in the flat position and I does not charge with a protective case on it which makes it useless for daily use

The Best Buy salesman recommended this for my Samsung Galaxy S8. It never worked properly, and didn't fully charge my phone. Plus, the fan never came on. I ended up using the charger that came with my smartphone. A waste of money.

I bought this as part of the package deal and was very disappointed. The sales person told me how much she loved hers, so I saw no harm as it was essentially free. Glad I did not pay for it

This item was a waste of my money. It rarely charges my phone and I actually ended up donating the item to Goodwill. I will never encourage anyone to purchase this item.
