I have tried to get it to work with a Note 9 and Otterbox Defender case and sadly it doesn't. If i remove the rubber on the case it works no problem. I will be returning it tomorrow

It works for the first couple months. After that is works at random. Get an Apple certified cord it will last longer and be more reliable. Samsung won’t warranty it either.

Not very happy.would put phone to charge at night and it would start charging, but in the morning it was only charged about 40%. Dont know if it had to do with otter box but had to return.

The iPhone I have doesn’t seem to be charging wirelessly with this unit. Salesman said it would. Cable still works fine. Apple/android don’t seem to mix well. Still

This item is useless. Charges very slow when it does. Don't waste your money. Not having to connect isn't that much of a hassle considering what you get with this item

This lasted maybe six months and it stopped charging my phone. It never worked when it was standing up. It had to be in just the right position.

Totally not worth it my phone barely charged compared to the wall plug i returned this right away and bougbt another wall charger save yourswlf and read my review

Tried for several days with iPhone X, woke up up to dead iPhone. Charges for a moment then stops. Returned and now using lightening cable exclusively.

I was not at all impressed with how it charges! It charged very slowly...I made sure I used all the correct cords and it still charged slowly

When I use this charger, it does not work when I need it. Even though I do the same thing every time. Going to return and get regular charger.

I really can't say much about the charger as i have not used it. I just bet it is ok as the charger is a Samsung. That is the reason for just 1 star

Charger is slower than the plug. Sometimes it charges and sometime it doesn't. I returned because I thought it broken but new is the same way.

I can't get this thing to charge my GALAXY 8+. It came along with my purchase for free or I would take it back. I don't recommend this at all.

On stand over night, did not charge, only charged 20 percent. Cannot tell if chafing or not. Exchanged 1 for another one, a little better

When I plug in to the Samsung provided charger the phone indicates it will be fully charged faster than this product. Don’t buy

This product has not really performed well for me and also has some material that can be carcinogenic I intend to return it

This charger is supposed to be very fast. Mine is slow, it takes all day to fully charge my phone. I think I will have to get a new one.

I DO NOT like this product. If you have a case on it does not charge. So you must remove the case. It’s easier to plug in.

Unfortunately even with a minimal case, charging the phone via the wireless pad was inconsistent. Returned for refund.
