I reviewed this earlier but hadn't tried the charger with the phone in an otterbox case. I've found that with the otterbox case on the phone will only work when the phone is on the charger in the landscape position. It also must be positioned just right. In two weeks it's only not charged overnight once and I didn't pay attention to it as closely as usual. I have noticed a slight decrease in charge time with the case on but nothing significant enough to complain about. When placing the phone upright on the charger with the otterbox case it starts charging but after a few minutes the light starts blinking which I guess means it's not charging or it's charging very slow. Whatever the blinking light means the phone doesn't appear to be charging.

I was having issues with my phone not charging. I went to Best Buy and Samsung rep, recommended this charger. This is the best ever and fully charges within 2 1/2 hours. I highly recommend.

This is a great, sleek looking charger that both my wife and I use for our iPhones. It fully charges overnight with cases on. Not all wireless chargers are created equal, so buy a good one.

I purchased this alongside my Note 8. I have to tell you it’s so convenient to not have to try to find the USB port in the dark! Just drop your wireless charging supported device on the dock and you’re good to go!

I was pleasantly surprised with how well the charger works. When charging I recommend turning off apps that you're not using so it will charge faster. If you do that it charges pretty fast.

I chose this charger to be able to see the time and notifications on my phone without lifting it while in bed. It is amazing and very fast! I use it to charge my Samsung 8 and my iPhone X.

Just purchased a Galaxy s8. I was concerned that charging overnight might hurt the battery. This charger turns off when battery is fully charged. Easy to use, just set the phone on stand.

Easy to use, effective at charging. Phone does not slip. A great angle for reading while charging.

Bought this charger to avoid problems with the plug in jack wearing out. Seems to work well. It charges the phone reasonably fast (slower than a wire but still OK) even with a case installed on the phone. Does seem to get a little warm but not to a worrisome level. Be careful which wall plug you use with it though - the one that came with the phone wouldn't fast charge with the wireless charger but the adapter that came with the unit will. Overall very good!

So elegant, is kinda fast charge, but definitely not the same as the wall charger. Still, is fine for me. I use it on my bedroom, on my office. Is just great. And I got it for only 31.99.

Works as intended, it's not lighting fast charging, probably takes 2ish hours to charge. I don't mind. I was growing tired of the regular charging method. The stand is a major plus also.

I have had my charger for about four weeks and it charges well and is convenient. I simply set it on the stand at the end of the day and it is quick and easy. I do not have to mess with plug/unplugging at home -- it sets upright so I can quickly glance and see the time and best of all it is designed to not over charge your phone so the battery doesn't get damaged (at least that is what they told me - since I am not a tech person and have no way of knowing)

I bought this as a gift for someone with the S7 edge. They had the original fast charge pad, which still works, but have to be more precise on where the phone is placed. This product does not need to do that as the phone is placed on the lip of the stand and charges right up. We like this one better because you can actually see your phone and see any alerts/messages while charging because it is standing up and works great even through the otterbox case!

This device is best when you want to charge your phone and along with use it or watch videos movies. You can adjust as per your convenience. It also charges my phones like in half hour.

This was a gift and they loved it . How convenient to have a charger so available and not worry about finding the cable and then an extra plug ...makes me want to get one for my home !!

This charger makes charging your Samsung phone a joy. It is must have if you have Samsung S6 and above. All come with wireless charging capability by default. You won't be disappointed.

I really like the size and build of this charger. Works great on my night stand to allow me to tap the phone to check the time. Chargers ok could be faster but that’s said to be corrected in an IOS update TBD

This is wonderful! Very quickly charges my husband, daughters and son's phone. Plug and charge wirelessly. That easy. The oldest Samsung phone it works with is my husbands galaxy note 5. Only con is some phone cases need to be taken off the phone due to the thickness but that's a very minor downfall if you ask me. Best Buy matched the price by Amazon which was a win win for us! If you haven't guest by now, we would definitely recommend this product!

Put it on my nightstand and it works great to charge my Note8. Just throw it on. Don't need a bedside alarm clock anymore and it's nice not to mess with plugging in charging cables.

The charging technology is good. It charges my Samsung S6+ in half the time. The only negative is the lip that the phone rests on is very short and you have to be careful when placing the phone on the unit.
