I don't know anything about this technology and how it affects long term battery usage, but it is so easy just to take out of your pocket and place on the stand. It charges in an upright position so that you can easily see it's status. No more worring about the charging cable and getting it inserted properly. I'm waiting for another sale to buy it again.

This charger works well and charges my iPhone X measurably faster. The one downside is the charger lip is small and the phone periodically slides off.

It makes recharging my phone at night a snap compared to trying to connect the cable before I fall asleep. It also makes a great stand setup for seeing my phone when I get a phone call in the middle of the night. Great device all around.

We were looking for a charger that the phone could just be placed rather than plugged in every night. This charger works perfectly!

Debated whether to get a wireless fast charger at all. Yes, you still have to have the charger plugged in to outlet, or with this brand, also have the option of USB so can plug in to laptop or desktop. Other brands are hard wired, so you can't do that. Even though some reviews said you can't use with a pop socket, YES you can. Yes you can also with a case like Tech and Spec.... It is more difficult to place phone upright and it stay on the "ledge" at bottom but still possible...but the easier solution is to place phone upside down. But then, for those who want to "view" the phone while charging, of course you would not like phone upside down. With it locked, if you do keep upright (with a little adjusting to stay on the ledge) if you used finger to swipe, etc. it would definitely fall off the charger. As far as putting landscape way, it does fall with a pop socket on. So far, I don't know answer to how fast it charges because I have been using this overnight. BUT, I had read some people saying the light turns from blue to green and this model -it stayed blue and instructions don't mention the light changes. Also, some said it goes to a trickle charge when fully charged and no where does it mention that in the little paper you get in the box. Over all, just saves you having to keep reusing the phone port to plug in.

This wireless charger does the job. I brought my wife an IPhone X and wanted to take advantage of the wireless charging at night. (Noting that the Fast Charging is not an option - due to Apple...) However, the bright blue light illuminated the entire bedroom... The kids got her one for her office that the light turned off after 3 seconds. I quickly switched chargers and sent the Samsung out of the bedroom! Bottom line - it charged the phone as expected.

Bought 3; Two were good, One was a lemon. The two that function properly are great. The lemon charges at like a fifth the speed. Galaxy Note 8 user.

Works great with the iPhone 8 Plus. I’m not sure the the “fast charge” works with the iPhone, but it does charge like it should.

At first I was worried because it would blink and stop charging, but all I needed to do was unplug and replug in. Since then it has worked wonders!

Convenient and easy to use/setup. Bought it for my iPhone, and got another for my girlfriend’s Samsung. We’re both stoked on it.

Every so often when my case is attached, the charge doesn't connect properly but, overall it is a good looking charger with a fairly quick charge.
