Out of the box, this item was as described. Easy setup and my phone was charging! It does take a bit longer than the conventional charger but overall is much less fuss.

Very convenient and easy to use. Takes up very little space to table or nightstand.

I knew I needed a car charger, and this looked like a good deal to get a wireless charger for not much more too. The wireless charger isn't one of the newer ones that stands the phone up, but wireless charging wasn't a priority for me. Plus, if you buy an extra cable, you end up with another charger out of it for when you're not using it to power the wireless charger.

The wireless charging pad is a boon--don't have to mess with cables. But the car charger needs a fix. An adapter is supplied to make the charger's cable fit into the Galaxy 8+--but why or why didn't Samsung supply the correct cable end to begin with? One pays enough for the accessory without then being forced to "correct" its shortcoming by fiddling with an adapter!

Love the charging pad. The only thing I didn't like was paying for one cord that was not compatible with the Galaxy S8. Everything else was good.

I have never had a wireless charger or a phone that can charge wirelessly until i got my s9. I must say this is awesome just being able to lay my phone on it and it charges. It's fast too which is nice. Also a plus that it came with an actual samsung brand fast car charger which i needed a new one of those too and it charges fast too. They are both great and a great price!

Convenient and fast way to charge the Galaxy S8. Except it will often pause charging for no reason. I need to constantly check. I've done all the troubleshooting, no case on the phone. It's frustrating to leave your phone to charge and come back with a dead battery.

I love the wireless charger, the only thing that I would change is the strength of the connection. My wife's phone case is too thick to charge with the case on, so we are forced to take the case off in order to charge wireless. My case is fine though, so obviously it is only certain cases that have issues.

Helped push my mom into the new generation of cell phones. I gave her my S7 Edge and this will be a great deal for her.

The car charger is the best!! It works perfectly. You can also plug two items at the same time! The charging pad it's so so. If you put the phone wrong it doesn't charge and if someone calls you and it's on vibrate it stops charging. So at night I suggest putting your phone in silence.

I didn't think that a wireless charger would do as well as a corded charger but this Samsung wireless charger is simply amazing. I haven't had any problems as of yet, special thanks to best buy for their in-depth details about this product which really helped me with my decision to buy this charger.

Works well but every so often won't charge my phone. So I pick it up and set it back down and it works

It is faster to charge my phone with the plug in charger. I usually use this just at night. There have been times I've put my phone on this wireless charger & woke up the next morning to find it's not fully charged, as it wasn't on there properly.
