This is the most innovative range ever manufactured as far as I'm concerned. The flexibility the dual door give me is fantastic. The electronic controls as so intuitive and VERY user friendly. The fact the oven automatically starts at 350 degrees (which we all use 90% of the time) and that it automatically converts time and temperature to convection mode is awesome. The five burners with their specialized functions give me so much freedom of choice. I will be cooking a whole lot more now that I have this range.

Just recently purchased this range in all stainless steel for our home. This range is a beauty! My wife and I saw it at Best Buy and were blown away by all the options it offers and the fact that the oven is a flex duo. We have already used this range multiple times and are very pleased with its performance. We are looking forward to using it for our upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas family gatherings. I would definitely recommend this range to any cook out there who needs the flexibility of a dual oven, the availability of five different size burners and a very professional looking range at a very attainable price!

Some reviewers don't like this oven but I love it. I do think that you need to play with it a bit as you do with any oven/stovetop. They all have their heat features and this one will cook a little quicker then the old one you are replacing so just something to think about. If you think about it though, that's what it's designed to do. I love that I only have to heat up one part of the oven so cook smaller items and that I can cook multiple things at different temps. It also comes with a grill that is used to hold a Wok. Now we are in the market to find a good Wok. So many features and the internal meat thermastat is great.

I've had this oven for about a month and so far we love it. My wife is used to not using the bottom rack because every other oven we've ever had burns things on the bottom rack but I convinced her to give it a try in this new oven. There seemed to be no noticeable difference from one rack to another. The only thing that I don't like so far is that if you want to use only one oven you have to remove the divider which means we often have to store it. I'll update this review after a few months of use.

We've only had this unit for a few weeks and used the stove nearly every day and the oven/s just a hand full of times. The burner sizes are great. We haven't used the extra large one yet, but seems like a great concept. The griddle works fine but is not large enough for flour tortillas. We did get a chip off of the grate coating already ) -: Now, the oven was the big wild card for us, with the new split oven option and convection (which was new for us). All seemed to work great. Lastly, we tried to link it to Wi-Fi and the app seems pretty unrefined but we got stuck because our Wi-Fi setting could not accommodate. So, will try at a later date once we have more time. All in all, ok for the money, we'll see how the electronics hold up.

This range has fantastic features for daily use, with power burner and center griddle features. The oven is great,in particular the divider, half door feature. We rarely use the entire oven; the option to heat only 1 section at a time is efficient/useful on the day to day. The oven easily allows for the full oven to be used, and with convection oven feature all our needs are well met. Overall a very good looking, strong choice for those who want more from a range.

Had this for about 6 weeks now.. First of all the top burner for the wok gets hot fast.. everyone knows if you're using a wok you need high heat fast.. and this delivers exactly that.. no need to wait for your wok to heat up.. in fact sometimes I find myself turning the heat down.. it boiling large pots of water very fast.. totally love how fast the oven heat up.. about four times faster than my old oven especially when using either the top or bottom by itself.. you definitely save some gas money here.. takes a little time to get used to how fast it cooks.. especially with the convection part.. you can take 25 degrees off the temperature recipes call for with the same time.. or just take it out earlier.. cooked a turkey without the divider it came out perfect.. I use the probe it turned off as soon as the temperature reached the temperature I set.. I seem to use the top oven 95% more.. learn to take out most baked goods faster then I was use to.. the learning curve is now over.. And if you like to make homemade pizza wow you will not believe how much faster and better it is with the higher Heat.. As far as cleaning the black stainless steel cleans up perfectly and quickly.. but the black top under the grills always has a slight film after cleaning with
Dawn soap and water.. If I use Windex after the soap wash.. which is totally safe on that surface it looks like new.. No flim.. Also I can use all my big pots because it does not have the back splash display which restricts how big of pots and pans you can use.. The top grills are perfectly even so you could slide pots and pans over without picking them up. Also love the blue lights on all the knobs when on.. definitely worth the money.. And looks great in the kitchen much better than it did in the stores..

This is an absolutely fantastic oven. It heats up extremely quickly and has a great amount of features to really dial in your cooking. The stove top took some time to get used to as this is our first gas oven. One thing to note, we found out the hard way to not do two pizzas at once using the separate ovens. It is best to remove the divider to allow full air flow for an even cook.

The 5 gas burners was the 1st reason we chose this range. The options for a small oven space or large capacity was the 2nd reason. 3rd reason was the black stainless finish, it really doesn't show finger prints. Having a convection option was the 4th reason. This is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. We both loving cooking on it.

The range top is incredible--from a VERY hot sear, to a very gentle simmer, it lets you do it all. The middle burner, which comes with a griddle, I will probably use more for large pots as the griddle takes quite a bit of time to heat up and is kind of a pill to clean. I'd rather sear (steak, tuna, etc) in a pan on the highest burner, or make eggs etc in a fry pan. I really don't eat pancakes and sausage and bacon just splash grease all over when cooking on the griddle. And that would be the case for any center griddle on any range. BUT the spectrum of control that the gas range gives you really lets you make ANYTHING! It's absolutely wonderful.
The best part though, I think, is the oven featuring the 2 different compartments that you can set at 2 different temperatures. Even though there's just the two of us, I have used this feature many times already. I primarily use just the smaller upper compartment but there are times when I need both OR I need the combined larger compartment, which I can easily do! I'm excited about cooking Thanksgiving dinner for 15 people in it! The convection oven works better than any other convection oven I have ever owned over the last 20 years! The temperature is very accurate and the results come out moist and evenly baked or roasted.
LOVE this range; would buy it again in a heartbeat. Well worth the extra bucks due to it's versatility and quality!

So far So Good

I was not really sure at first if i wanted a slide in as opposed to a freestanding but now that i have it i like it a lot. The oven controls are far more accessible and easy to get to since they are in the front of the unit.I also have a custom tile back-splash that can be seen much easier. Everyone will have to decide for themselves whether or not the add cost is worth it but in my case i would say yes.
As for functionality my only real beef is the "high efficiency" burner (front right). Its clam to fame is 22,000 btu's and can boil water very fast. That is true however in my case the flames wrap around the sides of the pot and make the handles untouchable. Not a huge deal now but a very big surprise the first time. i now actually find myself using the other front burn most often now. Also take notice that you can not "conventional bake" with the top over. You can broil and convection bake. If you want to conventional bake you have to use the lower over or pull the divider to make it 1 big over. I do love the oven and an very happy i purchased it. The above mentioned "issues" are more "learning curve" than anything else.

I can't stop cooking! The oven doesn't get hot on the outside and cooks evenly throughout the dishes. I never realized how much I would use a dual oven until now. The large brass burner boils water in two-thirds of the time.

Looks incredible; power burner is no joke. Well-made with nice touches and excellent styling. Griddle and wok accessories are thoughtful inclusions. If you have installed in lieu of a preexisting unit, check the measurements precisely... the built-in lips on the left and right side, meant to sit flush on counter tops, may not if there range is sitting on thick tile, even with leg adjustment screws all the way "down."

My professional Thermidor range died. It was so old that getting parts was a problem, so got the Samsung. I hesitated because I liked the butch look of the commercial range. But the Samsung works so much better! The burners are both powerful and easy to modulate. The wok burner is super powerful and matches what my range in China delivered when I lived in Shanghai. But also even the wok burner can be dialed back to provide an even simmer temperature. Wonderful. The dual cavity oven seemed like a gimmick, but it works very well. For most jobs like baking a pizza or roasting veggies, I just use the upper cavity. It heats up super fast and cooks evenly. Using the temperature probe is easy, delay start is easy, automatic shut off is easy. I never set up the smart wifi connection as the interface on the user panel of the range meets my needs nicely.
What's not to like? The user manual is not very forthcoming with information on the inner workings. What is the difference between "bake" and "roast" in regards of what the oven does? Not sure. The more complex program modes also do not reveal what the oven really does, so I stay clear of them.
