GREAT product, only two mentions: You can not use the broiler, on high, on the very top insert option as it will likely start a fire if left in longer then a couple of minutes. Also the top of the surface is hard to keep and get completely clean but this is no different than any other ceramic stove top surface.

We've only used the stove for a month or so, but it has performed flawlessly and our expectations have been met or exceeded. The dual stove feature is a really cool idea. It's like having 2 ovens in 1 stove. The great thing about this Samsung that is different from the rest of the dual oven stoves is that the separator panel can be removed to use a single BIGGER stove. So far, are pleased with our purchase.

Upper oven takes a little getting used to since it heats from the top. Crust on first pizza we cooked in it was a little doughy. Cooking at a lower temperature for a longer time seems to help.

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made, and I LOVE Samsung! 13 months after purchase I did my first self clean. The bottom paint in the oven cracked and broke, so I called to see about the warranty. Well, I was 28 days past warranty, so that was a no-go. Upon pushing the range back to the wall after having to pull it out to find the serial number, THE ENTIRE TOP DOOR FELL OFF! Then, upon inspecting the door issue, I realized that the self clean somehow melted the knobs. So, 28 days after warranty expired, I now have cracked paint, a door that fell off, and melted knobs. Come on Samsung....I expected WAY better.

Excellent, quick heating in both ovens. The half oven is great for narrow kitchens like mine. The burners are appropriately strong.

Just getting used to this new appliance, but so far I like it. Love using the upper oven for most baking and roasting.

Stove is easy to light, looks modern with double leveled oven.

The stove top burners heat up quickly. We have been baking using the double ovens. It is really a pleasure to have and use this feature, Cooking time is cut in half.

We purchased the Samsung Flex Duo Gas Range Model: NX58M6850SG in July of 2017. The oven is separated into two sections, the top section never cooked properly. We got an oven thermometer - it turns out the top section is 25 degrees lower than the temperature we set it at. It turns out the bottom is actually 100 degrees lower than the set temperature when the timer goes off to indicate it's preheated. Around 15 minutes after the timer goes off, it's about 20 degrees lower than the temperature it's set at. We purchased 4 Samsung kitchen appliances in July - so far the microwave is the only Samsung appliance we haven't had issue with yet. The icemaker in the Samsung Showcase Refrigerator Model: DW80K7050UG broke within a week. The Samsung Stormwash dishwasher Model DW80K7050UG started falling apart in under 3 months and Samsung refuses to fix it under warranty saying it's physical damage. We are very frustrated with our Samsung Kitchen Appliances, the Samsung Repair process, and Samsung's sorry excuse for customer service. The a representative from Samsung's Office of the President actually told me that customer service is not always giving the customer what they want. Apparently it's too much to ask that your brand new Samsung appliances work properly. Think twice before spending your hard earned money on any Samsung product.

Oh my gosh this was such as lovely gift from my wife! I have been using the same stove for about ten years and it was really giving me fits! We got this installed and we could not be happier. The intense gas burners really get the water boiling so quickly and the pre-heating of the oven is fantastic! So far the tech is solid, the product is sturdy and goes great with other Samsung appliances in our home. Thank you!

We always wanted this stove and bought it when we moved into our new house. Love the double oven.

If I had to purchase another oven it wouldn't be this one. While Best Buy customer service is incredible (the original oven arrived damaged and they quickly replaced it), the oven itself has many faults. - Heat tends to escape from the top of the oven where the stove top area is. - When opening the bottom oven you are also having to open the top oven resulting in heat escaping. - It takes much longer for the top oven to pre-heat than the bottom (likely due to the escaping heat mentioned above). - The top oven does not cook evenly. I have tried adjusting the rack several different ways and it just doesn't heat evenly so I have to set a timer for about half way through to turn whatever I'm cooking around for more even heating. The pro- if you have a large turkey you can take the middle piece out and it becomes one large oven. So far the stovetop is working fairly well and has only had the flame randomly go out once.

I give this review that title for those who are switching from electric to gas. I grew up cooking on gas and ended up stuck with electricity for several years. Switched this house to gas cooking immediately. Took a little time to get used to it again, but now I love it! This oven is AWESOME! Loving the divider for the double oven feature.. My son is learning how much better cooking with gas can be and why the best chefs cook with gas only. I highly recommend this stove/oven for anyone who loves cooking with gas!

This is a great oven, and we are very pleased. We love that the oven is split or can be used as a single oven.
