Originally purchased an open-box unit. Upon installation, oven turned on for a minute or so before giving error code C-A2 (cooling fan error) . We exchanged for a new unit at added cost. Upon installation of the new unit, oven does not turn on and gives error code C-F0 (Main control board communication error). With limited options, we will likely setup yet another exchange, though possibly for a different unit. Very disappointed. Though I imagine I may have the list of Samsung error codes memorized by the time we get one that works.

I'm still learning which oven to use with different food. Also, need to get more comfortable with convection baking. Best Buy delivered exactly as planned which was so nice. Usually, I end up waiting. The young man that installed the oven was punctual, polite & knowledgeable about the oven. I did ask lots of questions and he answers them all for me. I love cooking, baking so picked the Samsung.

When only cooking for two this oven is the greatest. You still have room for the family dinners and your turkey

It is beautiful as well as super functional. I love the double oven in the same space as a traditional range.

Love, love, love this stove! I waited months for it to become available but had my eye on it for about 2 years. Cooks great in both the upper and lower ovens. I have also took out the divider and used it as a normal size oven. I haven’t tried the steam clean feature yet but look forward to trying it.

The two key features that we most appreciate are the dual door and the stove top design. The stove top is designed for maximum flexibility, which makes it easy to cook a variety of things at the same time. We also got a good price from Best Buy before Thanksgiving. Ed was our sales guy and was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and made our decision much simpler.

This stove is everything you could want. Even cooking ovens and rapid boiling!

The only reason this stove doesn't get 5 stars is because the flex feature can only divide the oven equally, meaning if you cook 2 things at once they cant be much taller than the standard 9x13x3 casserole dish. No roasting more than just a turkey on thanksgiving! Other than that I love it.

I've been using this oven/range for a couple months now. It took a little adjusting to the range. The power burners and simmer burners are actually power/simmer! You don't want to cook rice on the power burner even on low. I haven't used the dual oven feature much yet, but so far, it seems to work well. I love that the top oven heats up so quickly.

Samsung range meets all of my needs. Very easy to understand all of the instructions.

The gas range is very nicely built. Only issues I have had is that the range does not connect to the app. Also the Duo Function works well but there is a certain way items need to be put into it. Cannot put something that requires more heat on the bottom if you are baking something with a lower heat up top.

I like the double oven that converts to a single unit and it converts cooking temp for convection use.

Nice looking with great functionality. Lots of compliments from friends and family. Highly recommended.

My wife is a great cook, and she deserves good tools. This range does everything that we ask it to do. My wife's home made pizza comes out great. We have had no problems with the performance of the range, but you must be careful not to brush against the burner knobs, they turn almost too easy. Nothing ruins a meal like burning down the house. The range looks sharp too.
