Stove was slightly damaged on receiving. Heat shield in back had large dent which did not affect function. Botton drawer was a little off kilter and Geek squad repair was able to mostly fix so it was not too noticeable. The 2 oven compartments are small, can not really use more than one shelf in upper or lower unless baking something thin like cookies. Love the shelf glide on the one rack for lower oven. Like the option to take out divider and use whole oven. It is not easy to keep the top clean, if use just soap and water it does not come out shiny and black, need to use a range cleaner/degreaser. Also any spills on the burner and burner grates seem to leave a stain no matter what it is. Have not had long so still getting used to it but cooks well.

Love the look of my new Samsung range with double oven. Learning how to use the convection feature of this stove. I am still getting used to all the features but I have no regrets purchasing this model. Stove top is easy to clean and I love the different size burners. Have not used the griddle feature yet.

Takes a little getting used to, but it works great. The guys were friendly and did a great install. Would have been nice if they could have showed me some features but don't know that they are really equipped to do that.

So far I love this stove. Two of the burners are large rings and heat up very fast. I love the wok ring burner. Since I usually cook smaller items the upper small oven is amazing. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I am very happy with this stove.

The worst oven I have ever purchased. After one year: The clock LCD failed The top oven convection fan failed Thermostat in both ovens was off by 15-20 degrees Control knobs peeling Samsung makes great TVs, but their appliances are lacking behind the competitors and just don’t last.

I really enjoy cooking on this stove. I use the top oven the most often but they both come in handy. The high btu burner really makes a difference when needing to boil something. Haven't used the grill yet but I am sure I will.

Easy setup. Easy start up. And easy use. Have enjoyed it very much. Tried the smart technology but was not successful on the first attempt, we will try again later. All the features otherwise are simple enough. Every use has turned out amazing love natural gas

The Flex Duo option with the divider panel is a neat idea. The oven heats up fairly fast and the 2 convection oven's are a plus. We have used the center griddle as well. So far everything is working great!

Love it. The top oven is great. I only wish it had the bake setting for top not just convection. Great for parties too with the dual temperature.

We love our stove, it's nice to be able to have the choice between a duel oven or one big oven. The Confection feature is really nice to have in such a large oven. We cooked pies in the upper oven while a 16 lb. turkey cooked in the lower oven for Christmas.

his range has every thing I need I'm perplexed how it can have two temps. in one oven the design is elegant it has five burners and I ve been using the center griddle more than I though I would and the wok grate fits perfectly I give this one two thumbs up.

We had a standard oven and a counter top toaster oven because we didn’t want to heat up the whole oven for just the two of us. We got rid of the toaster oven This oven is fantastic, we use the small top all the time, it bakes cakes perfectly!

Set-up this range with the LP conversion kit, it works great! Excellent high heat and simmer level of the burners and double oven is such a smart design. Both can cook with convection.

Have wanted a double oven for years, and absolutely love the Samsung! Have also made lots of use of the griddle, and the wok ring is a great feature as well.

I always wanted to have a double oven, and this one did not disappoint! I love the ability to make it one big oven as well as two separate ovens. It cooks your meal evenly and true to instructions. I also love the ability to use the griddle on the stove!

Mostly I use the top oven, but I like that is can be used as a full oven as well. There is a learning curve but that is easy to overcome. The more I use it, the more I like it.

Love it, love it. We have some issues with the top burns, the metal grill plates, one of them, a key on, came warped from Samsung, and its been 2 weeks, we are still waiting on the replacement. This is 1 of 4 items from Samsung we have had issues with, but with honorable returns and replacement parts, we have always been taken care of. I love Samsung, and as they continue to create new lines with fine finishes, great options and display panels, along with quality service, we will remain loyal customers.

I love this stove! It is really easy to keep clean and cooks perfectly! Also, the associate who handles the sale was a delight to work with. Great customer service.

Accept for the stove being damaged when delivered (large chip on top front) still waiting for new one to be delivered. Super happy with stove performance, love the double oven and the 16000 btu burner is amazing!!!

This range replaced a 15 year old GE gas range. The old range was not consistently lighting the burners, and the igniter for the broiler was shot. I was tired of replacing parts, so went with this Samsung. The Samsung is much faster at everything. The front right burner is much larger than my old range. The medium size burners put out more heat, and the oven heats up faster. I've had to re-learn how to cook, I burned a few things in the process. The only drawback is that I can't seem to get the "smart" features to work, the range does not want to connect to the app on my phone. Seems to be some comparability issues with the newer versions of android.
