What I like: 1- The dual oven that can cook at two separate temperatures but also can be used as a single oven, and the door that hinges so that only the top oven can be opened. This design is inspired. 2- The burners are powerful; water boils much more quickly. 3- The blue color of the inside of the oven is a really nice touch. What I am pretty irritated about: 1- After just a couple of months, the grates started to look gray in spots; the black was wearing off and I found out they have a painted on surface. This makes no sense whatsoever. I assumed they were similar to a cast iron pan that is the same material and color throughout. Not so. And you cannot scrub them to get the burned spots off because then you'll wear off this paint. I called Samsung and they sent a new set of grates, but they certainly are not going to do this every four months, so at some point, the grates are going to look gray and worn again. 2- After six months, I noticed places on the black surface on top where the finish was wearing off and a lighter color was showing through. I never clean this surface with anything but warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cotton dishrag or sponge. No abrasives at all. I called Samsung and they sent a technician out and the decision was that it was cosmetic damage and not covered under warranty. I explained that I have only cleaned this exactly per the instructions and the finish wearing away should be seen as a defect, but no. They did nothing. So I have a range that I both really like, for its functional aspects, and that I am very disappointed in, for its appearance. These defects are not very noticeable now, but its not even a year old and in another couple of years I predict it's going to look pretty beat up. This range just gets normal use, for a family of two. We don't even use it every day. I can recommend this range only if you don't care too much about what your appliances look like.

Love having a range with dual oven and fuel capabilities, and the cooking is even. However, the cook top is too small for larger cooking pots/pans; noisy when using convection feature. Easy to clean.

I really love this Range! It has all of the features that I was looking for. I Especially love the double oven to full oven capability and the Shabbos Mode feature. This Range took a little getting used to because I recently converted my kitchen for gas appliances so coming from total electric to total gas was a new experience. I was disappointed with the absence of a user manual. There was quick guide and a set up guide for the installers but the quick guide directed me to go online and download the user manual. 64 pages!!! please beware that 2/3 of the user manual are written in another 2 languages other than English and there are also Canadian and USA warranty information. All I needed were the English USA instructions so before pressing the print key check to see if you really need all of those pages and save your printer paper and ink! The instructions are easily understood so I am having no problems cooking or baking. I might mention that it is a good idea to check the oven temperatures because they may need recalibration, which is quite easy to accomplish.

We are very happy with this purchase. We were on the fence about the two compartment oven but it has been really useful. We have noticed that we tend to use the top portion quite a bit. Either section preheats very quickly, which is a nice feature. The gas burners light easily and adjust appropriately. We have enjoyed using the smart control on our app as well. I like the fact that it did not come with a griddle for the middle burner as I find those griddles usually too small, and it is one less thing to store. Overall this was a good decision for us.

Being new to convection cooking I found this range very ease to use and love the availability of lower / upper oven or single oven with removal of the divider. The range top is very easy to clean and looks great. This is a great range for the price!

I really love the versatility of this oven/range. The ability to have two smaller ovens or one large is great. Cooking in both worked well the first time around. The upper oven is a bit awkward to get trays in and out of if you have the rack on the lowest (most roomy setting) and the lower oven feels like a long way down when you are used to using the middle rack. Otherwise we are pleased.

Love the double oven for cooking complete meals. Can have everything time to come out at the same time. Easy to learn how to operate. Don't know how anyone could not like it. Only had it for 3 weeks can't find no negative thing to say about.

Stove top has high BTU and a simmer. Double oven is great! But the rack between comes out between them for a HUGE oven. It makes holiday cooking so easy. It’s not the prettiest oven but I like it. The only con is the knobs. But then, most brands have the same style.

The unit itself is very nice looking and had the features we wanted. The double oven works very well and love that the oven can be switched over to a large size oven as needed. Over all very pleased and to date love it.

I love the look of my new stove & it works great! 2 drawbacks is I have to constantly wipe off dust particles that fall on it. The 2nd drawback & this is a biggy...the black stainless finish which I just love the look of scratches off super easy! :( I don’t think the manufacturer baked on the finish making it not durable. My daughter helped me move the stove out away from the wall to get at the plug behind to fix it and her watch which rested on the top of the back portion of the stove as she pulled her side scratched the finish very badly. I was outdone the worst because this is a very expensive unit to scratch that easily. I said I wouldn’t recommend to a friend & that’s because of these issues not how the stove works. To me it’s important that it will look & work good for years and I’ve only had it a month.

I love this stove with the double oven. My only issue was a bad oven seal and sticking door. I barely had this stove for a year and have had both issues fixed. Neither under warranty and neither cheap to repair. I love the style, but quality is not at its best. Until quality improves, I am stuck loving this stove as finding stoves with double ovens is almost a thing of the past.

1) The smaller oven sections heat & cool faster saving energy and less heat in the kitchen 2) The divider comes out making one large oven for turkeys and roasts. 3) It still has a bottom drawer for storage of baking pans & tools. 4) The controls are easy to use and it has 5 burners in a nice layout.

Love the dual option but the too shelf being so close to the flame causes some issues with meat thermometer probes etc. Also wish the temperatures could be different ranges, but makes sense they need to be similar since it is a panel that separates. I like that I can see functions in the app but wish I could control more from my phone.

This range is great! the quality its self in the materials the nice blue flames it produces, and the double oven has come in very handy. I've had this for about 9 months now and its been good. The only reason y I am not giving it 5 stars is because occasionally it makes a clunk sound as if the fan was hitting something. The Geek Squad tech came out to see it but of course when he was there it didnt do it. Im sure this is a "unique" problem i am facing and just got a bad unit, however it does still work and do the job. The noise is a little scary of course when dealing with gas range.

Ease of operation and fun to use! Cooks very evenly and having a double oven is great.

It is a great oven, but the WiFi is not really useful or practical like we were led to believe when we bought it. We tried using it for a week or two and gave up. Otherwise it’s perfect for entertaining with the two ovens.

I love to bake so i love that this oven has the option to bake 2 different things at different times/temperatures. Only thing i would change is that you can open the bottom separately. I have to ensure that the top cooks quicker since i can't remove whats on the bottom without opening the top section. I love that i can also control the oven part from my phone using the app.

Dual oven is great, especially for batches of cookies or cooking different items. Easy to clean.

Happy with the range and it's features. Good quality and workmanship. Best Buy was great to do business with. Installers were not the best though.

I really like the split oven option and how you can use it as one oven if you need to.
