I’ve had this oven just over 2 years now and am pleased with it considering the reasonable price but it’s not perfect. It looks very nice and the bottom oven and burners work as expected - the convection option is nice. The disappointing part is that the top oven is really only useful of you want something roasted or very brown, the flame is too close to the food to bake most things. The display has started to malfunction as one line of the time display stopped working and part of the oven selection display stays on constantly.

Love the stove top. Had issues with temp in double oven, top and bottom and with the aid of the service man, concluded my needs are best suited with one single oven. That is why I wouldn’t recommend the double oven feature. Otherwise, very happy with the range. Haven’t test the single oven out yet, as it was only recalibrated today, but tomorrow… I look forward to it fulfilling all my needs. Love this range, we wanted one with the extra burner rather than a hotplate and this is perfect for that, especially with the holiday season upon us and lots of cooking to do. Also the fact that the oven can be 2 separate or 1 big oven is great!!! Also looks really nice

Cook 2 major dishes at different temperatures. Seperate controls and timers. Also 5 burners option with center burner for large pots.

Very happy with the product but NOT HAPPY with the delivery. Mr. SOS was scheduled to deliver between 8 and 11, confirmed by text message from SOS stating that any further communications about the time should be ignored. Best Buy subsequently updated time to b/w 11 and 1 PM which we ignored per the text. SOS finally arrived around 1:10 PM after I had canceled an appointment in order to stay at home. The installers were polite and friendly BUT did not level the range, did not install the anti-tripping device, left installation instruction papers behind the stove along with unused leak test solution and a spent tube of pipe thread sealant, left oven on without explanation as to why and gave no orientation instructions for using the appliance. When asked as on departure, the installer said crackers could be stored in drawer beneath oven but we discovered that the Samsung booklet says no. He also explained why he left the oven on. He then had the audacity to ask for a good rating when we received the question survey.

Due to pandemic it was purchased on line. The stove has exceeded our expectations and is really easy to keep clean. The delivery was on time and done efficently. Loved how they did it.

I bought this stove and it worth it money It cooked so fast and doesn’t make any mess It has an over which is working very good We used it to bake very often I will advise everyone to get it It’s worth it’s money

This double oven works great. The burners on top provide the proper heat. Boils water quickly on the power burner. Having a smaller oven is perfect for everyday meals. Heats up quickly. Takes a little getting used to the convection part. Cooks a little faster than a standard gass range.

It works well and does the intended job. The 2 sections are excellent so different jobs

so far i really enjoy the double oven it gets to temp very quickly

We bought this stove when we were remodeling our home what a great choice awesome stove and oven !!

When the range isn't broken, it works fine. It cooks a hotter than some other gas stoves and the range is good - we like the double oven and use it often. My issues is that the range purchased has had two issues - the hot contact igniter on the top oven needed to be replaced and the door would not open properly in the single door mode (always like it was locked). we had several interactions with Samsung electronics to fix - the first time was fine, but the second time was horrible and took over a month, and I still ended up fixing myself (after they replaced the door). I would be wary if you aren't handy - don't count on the support.

First time users of convection cooking, learning as we go. Two oven option is great, especially when doing a small meal. The control on the stovetop is spectacular, absolutely spectacular. Customer service at store level was first rate. Thanks Chris. Only negative is weak user manual.

Great Range. Looks great too. I only have had it for two weeks or so but so far so good. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hood looking range and works well.

I love this stove, besides liking gas over Electric, it is pretty and although having trouble figuring out how to use the 2 ovens, but getting better at it.

This range is just what we wanted, the convenience of gas. The double door/ double oven have been a bonus, especially when cooking for just 2

This is my dream oven! It boils water a lot faster then my old stove. Took a bit to get use to the top part but we got the hang got it fast. Surprisingly easy to clean!

This oven has been great! We haven't cooked anything too large (turkey, ham, etc), but it's been nice to be able to bake two different items at once.
