Love the convection oven!!! Clean cut easy to use.

I absolutely love this stove! The installation and set up was super professional. The installers made sure to remind me to run the stove before cooking to ensure there wasn't a chemical taste to the food. I really love the dual option. It heats up super fast, and having a 5th stove top lets me cook everything in one shot.

Shortly after getting it we noticed peeling on the stovetop called Samsung and they replaced the top of stove. 2 months after my warranty expired we noticed peeling of the paint around the bottom of the top handle. Called Samsung and was in disbelief to hear that peeling of the black stainless paint is considered cosmetic and not covered under warranty at all, crazy! Clearly it’s a defect, i take good care of my appliance, and to hear that even i had warranty it wouldn’t be covered is insane!!!! And you can see where it looks like the pair bubbled from the heat when using the stove. It’s so upsetting because all of my appliances are Samsung, and i will now never buy Samsung again. Make sure to get extended warranty that covers cosmetic!

I love to cook but always had issues with serving all of the food hot at one time. One dish required a different oven temperature than the others so I would have to cook one dish, change the oven temperature and then cook the other dishes. Meanwhile, the first dish begins to cool down. Now I can cook all of the dishes at the same time with two different temperature settings. I'm THRILLED!!!

I Love it!!! The middle burner is just a burner, not long enough to make into a griddle, but I still love it

It’s great! However, when I ever I use the new stove and microwave together, the kitchen lights go out and I have to go out and flip the breaker. I reported this and was told by the person who answered that was occurring in his home also. So he talked like this was normal. I know that this is not so.

Looks can be deceiving. The enamel tray area is hard to clean. Mild detergent dulled parts of finish around burners. The lettering on knobs is coming off. The single door operation needs jiggling to open most of the time. Self cleaning oven has left striations on the finish. The functions work well. Just the construction is poor. I truly regret this purchase.

We love the dual oven option! New to a convection but all meals have been delicious.
