Customers value the double oven feature of the Flex Duo range, frequently praising its ease of use. However, some customers have reported issues with the glass top, citing concerns about scratching, bubbling, and cleaning difficulty. A smaller number of users also mentioned inconsistencies with the oven's temperature control. Overall, the positive feedback on the double oven and ease of use appears to outweigh the negative comments regarding the glass top and temperature regulation.

This stove looks fantastic in my kitchen. Had a problem with the door to the top oven not opening when the top stove was heated. The door was replaced and works fine now.

This oven works very well and we are pleased with it. The top is hard to keep clean but so was my other ceramic tops oven. We love the double oven with the ability to use as a single large oven - this is the only manufacturer of this we have found. I have used nearly all the features including the warming drawer and the warming center. It cooks a little faster than my other oven on some burners but it is expected that you will need to get used to it. I still can't figure out how to set the timer for hours though, lol.

This range is very attractive and matches our other appliances. We chose this model because we liked the handle on the warming drawer. We use the warming drawer for storage and it is easier to open and close with the handle. Cooktop operates fine. We do not end up using the divided top oven due to the low height clearance. Cooktop must be cleaned daily with the paste or liquid creamy cleaner to keep it looking its best. We are very pleased with our purchase. Best Buy also has great customer service. We thought we had a small scratch in the left back portion of the cooktop but turned out to be something "k" imprinted on the stove by the manufacturer.

This Samsung oven is fantastic! Our old oven stopped working; I searched online for a new one, and this one came with high ratings. We visited our local BestBuy store to check it out. The salesman who helped us was fantastic and took the time to answe all of our questions. We got delivery of he oven 2 days later!
Thus far- has been great! I proof pizza dough, bake and broil-- and all functions are great! Having the option to cook at two different t temps is also great! Cannot recommend this stove any better!! Thank you Samsung!

Hard to keep clean and the Duo is okay

Okay, so I'm not a perfect cook, and sometimes get food on the cooktop but man this thing is hard to keep clean. We have the glass cooktop cleaner out all the time for each spill and I still see small scratches form the very first uses. The paint around the edges also scratched quickly from sliding a pot or pan off the top. Lastly, the fast boil is...underwhelming, seems like the normal speed to me compared to a 10 year old stove.
Now to the Duo...the positives...it is convenient having two temps to cook at and the top panel is easy to read. The less positives...the convection oven is not great. I consistently get cookies, pizzas and pies out with one side noticeably darker, so I still have to rotate the dishes during cooking....what's the point of convection then? Lastly the cooktop gets very warm when using the oven...more than one would normally expect when only using the oven. We pull stuff off the top so it doesn't melt or burn on top, I can imagine it gets much hotter when using the self cleaning.
In conclusion this is a nice range with some easy features but not worth the price given the number of downsides. I do not recommend, save yourself $500+ and get something else...I wish I could.

My wife wanted a double oven that was a slide-in range. We looked at a lot of reviews and talked at length with the Pacific Division employees at Best Buy. The oven configuration was the most versatile of the models available. She also liked the way it was designed.

Converting from a regular oven to convection does take some trial and error. I love the stove. The only issue I have had is the top oven door release locks when that oven is hot. Thanks God you can still open the full door! It's scheduled to be replaced, so I'm sure it will all work out.

Love, love, love the 2 ovens, top oven great for bread , pizza , small casseroles. Had the entire Christmas meal in the oven with 2 different oven temp. Just what I wanted. Only drawback the glass black top is much harder to clean than my old white glass top. Stains and does not come off easily. Also the dials are harder to read, should be backlit. Otherwise this is almost perfect!

The unit is a great unit that cooks evenly and does a great job of getting the surface to temperature quickly. I opted for this unit because that dual oven fits perfectly with my needs of an avid cooker with a kitchen too small to support a wall oven unit. Because of this, it fits my needs really well. The 10% shame, and the reason for the docked star, is that this stainless steel does not match the stainless of my other Samsung units that are of a higher quality. Sitting next to my dishwasher, it is quite noticeable.

Our last oven had a mini oven as a third drawer at the bottom. We didn’t use it much as it was so close to the floor and a drawer. We absolutely love this new divided oven with the mini door at the top! We haven’t even used the whole oven yet! Maybe at Thanksgiving or Christmas we will and having the option of two different temperatures in two different sections is great! The middle oven divider slides out and you can open the full door to access and use the whole oven (both sections one temperature) just like the old ovens!

Stove top burners are very hard to get right temp. Liquid either boils too hard or not at all. Very hard to get set to right temp as there appears to be a big difference when only moving dial 1 setting. Still learning how to set the temps I guess. Similar problem with ovens. Some items take longer to cook than previous oven when not using convection. Have also had issues with outside burning but inside not being done in convection mode. Possibly user error in terms of learning best way to cook.

The warming drawer is great, but no place to put my pots and pans. That is the only down side so I am working on finding a place for my pots and pans. Am learning how to pick the correct setting on burners so as to prevent boiling over of liquids in the pans. The left burners could have been given a lower wattage, but I am learning to start out with the lowest setting and go up. I like the fact once the burner is off it stays hot so my food does not get cold too fast, so that is another warming area. The dual ovens is wonderful and so is having one large oven, if needed.

Purchased this stove after it went on sale. Wanted a double oven and this stove has really delivered. When used as a double oven they each preheat more quickly. Stovetop is also great, good temperatures and great heat output. Would not hesitate to buy again.

So my stove broke down at the beginning of the pandemic. I managed to get this one and luckily installation was just plugging it in. I pretty much only use the top half of the oven. On occasions I will use both and have only had to use 'the whole' oven 1-2x. Great energy saver. The ONLY thing this doesn't have that my old stove did is that it's electric and not induction. I miss the induction stovetop as it was fast to boil water. That is the ONLY thing this stove is missing. And if they come out with a flex duo/induction combo I'll be all over it. Until then this has been a great replacement and the warming drawer actually works! A very under advertised feature that lets me keep food warm while cooking the rest of dinner AND keep the dogs out of the food.

Oven works but the features have annoying issues

Nice oven, works very well. A couple of the features that I don't like: the cooking time starts immediately, even before the oven has preheated, should offer a feature to start cooking time as soon as the oven is preheated; the upper rack is convection bake only, and not "regular" bake, so you have to bend over and use the harder-to-reach lower oven for the "regular" baking; even with the light it is impossible to see what the progress of what you are making because of the middle oven tray blocks the view on top and the bottom, so to see what you are cooking, you have to open the oven and pull out the rack; finally, the dual burner on the stovetop isn't standard size and it is almost impossible to find a griddle that fits on those two burners, even though that is a nice feature to offer, it isn't really usable and you'll notice that even Samsung doesn't offer an optional accessory that will work with this feature. Overall, however, the oven works well. I'm not sure I would select this oven again now that I've used it for a month just because of the annoying features that just seem to be a bit off.

I love the double convection oven. The only con to this is the glass cooktop. It is very high maintenance. I didnt realize until after I used it that it is very sensitive which requires you to prevent spills which cause burnt spots that are hard to remove from the glass. It also recommends using pots that have a smooth bottom to prevent scratching or damaging the glass. Other than that it cooks and bakes great!
