It did not come with any instructions. The delivery person left it in the "demo" mode and I had no idea how to make the stove work. After a very long delay, I was connected with a Samsung representative who told me how to solve that particular problem. I think it is totally unacceptable to sell an electronic item without a manual with the basic functions. I don't want to go online every time I have a question.

I like how you can use the handle to open just the top, or to access the bottom. I have used the broil function to broil steaks and they turn out great . Stove top works fine, I wasn’t sure what to think of the double burner, but it works fine. Controls are easy to use . This is a great range if you have small children because they can’t access the knobs that control the stove.

They would be better if larger. Oven is nice and also fast. The top cooks pretty hot but that may be just a matter of adjusting from an older worn out cooktop. I had read many reviews about how hard the smooth cooktops are to keep clean. This is not bad if you use common sense when cooking.
