I have had the stove and microwave for about a month now and I use both daily. Pros: Pre-heats very quickly Great look Double oven and warming drawer very convenient Easy to use Cons: Glass top stains from normal cooking Only have one large burner on glass top

To make this purchase was like taking a college class because I did not want the true convection oven. This oven allows me to have the best of both worlds. I can have a full and a double oven all in one. The problem is they did not tell me that when you make a purchase off the show room floor there is a special procedure that occurs before delivery and your product will not come with your bundle of appliances you purchase. They gave me another delivery day without notification. The delivery window was 8:30am-10:30am and I received my delivery after 3:30pm. I had to do all of the communicating regarding the status of my delivery. They half installed the oven. The delivery company that Best Buy contracted with for this deliver was the absolute worst every. Best Buy you need to protect your brand and choose professional service contractors because as a consumer I hold you accountable for the delivery of my purchase.

My wife and I are very pleased with our stove. Even though there is a lot of Techie bells and whistles, it is easy to learn and use. First batch of cookies were outstanding!

This is a great appliance. It quietly lets you know when the oven is ready. The top is smooth and very easy to clean. It cooks evenly. The knobs and panel is easy to learn and understand. My last stove is not a convection oven so this is a new thing for me and love it. It is beautiful to look at and fits well in my kitchen.I am very pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend it.

Prepared dinner for Christmas Eve. Very pleased with stove top and dual convection ovens. Warming drawer is a great feature to keep foods warm until dinner time.

This stove will not disappoint you. It is the best. You can cook two different meals at the same time. You can not go wrong with it!! I give it a 10 star!!

This is a great new stove (we got the electric model). Our favorite feature is being able to bake two things at once... really innovative!

Bought this for nearly half price during Black Friday weekend. Can't beat the price for a dual convection oven

Originally thought the double oven was ab gimmick but we use it very often. Was perfect for preparing Thanksgiving dinner.

Overall we've been really pleases with our Flex Duo oven. We love the double ovens and the convection oven is something that's going to be a necessity in future stoves/ovens. The burners heat pots and pans quickly. There are only two things that keep this from being a five star rating. The stove metal surface frame seems to be prone to chipping. Even though we've been pretty careful, we have chipped the surface in two spots. The other thing is that I wish the hot surface indicator specified which burner was still hot instead of indicating that a burner was still hot.

I love this double oven! I do most of the cooking for family gatherings and holidays so a double oven is a must. When my old one broke down, I upgraded to this Samsung to match all my appliances. I love the option of the large and small capacity based on dinner options, as well as the two separate timers. The warmer on the bottom is not super powerful which is good so it will not dry out my food while keeping it warm. I also selected the black fingerprint resistant oven and love the look. The only disappointing feature I found was the quick cooktop. It does not boil water any quicker than my prior oven, which I fully expected it to do. I suppose that is minor in comparison to all the other pluses of this oven. I always get compliments about the modern look. It adds a nice contemporary flare to my kitchen. I highly recommend.

Having the double ovens is wonderful. Very easy to be baking two items at once with both coming out perfect. Unlike a regular oven when you put something on the top track and it bakes too fast and not even. Both the stove and the oven heats up really fast. The stove and oven are easy to clean.

While I am still getting used to using a convection oven, I so far love this one. The dual ovens is a life/time saver

Got it right before thanksgiving and it had room to cook two turkeys and a ham fast and very accurate on temperature.

The double over is definitely unique in how they accomplished it. The insert they have which separates the 2 zones will not fit in the warmer/storage below the oven so you will need someplace else to store it when you're using it as a standard oven. Other than that, it is straight forward and easy to operate.

This is the best oven I have ever owned. The double over with divider is a very good design.

Stove is very nice, easy to use and heats up very fast. stove cooks evenly throughout both top and bottom portions.

Purchased this stove because our 25 year old electric coil range was becoming dangerous. At first we were nervous about the glass cooktop getting damaged or broken, but it has held up for a year and looks almost new. My husband is obsessive about cleaning it daily, so it always looks good. Early on, he accidentally melted a microfiber cloth on the top while cleaning, and this required much scraping to remove, but did not leave a trace. So, be sure the top has cooled before you start cleaning! We were happy to find that we could still use most of our old cookware, including cast iron pans, with care. The control knobs for the range and the touch pads for the ovens take a bit of getting used to, but we love being able to use two ovens. With just two of us, we usually just use the top one. My two minor criticisms are 1) the unit sticks out about an inch and a half more than our old stove, so not lined up with the cabinets, and 2) the touch pads for the oven require more pressure than I would like. However, overall we are very pleased with this product.

Bought this product to be able to cook multiple items at different temperatures! Works great with holiday meals
