We just received our Range a couple of weeks ago. so far so good. The team at best buy have been very helpful. Even after the sale we were able to get a hassle free discount when the price dropped. So far the product has delivered with even oven (electric) cooking and the benefits of a gas cooktop. The only drawback is the fact that using both ovens requires that you open the top oven to get to the bottom because of the single door. Other wise this things has been fantastic.

Easy set up and works great. Very satisfied with this range.

I am reluctantly deducting one star because straight out of the box the divider was not making contact with the pin at the back of the oven for some reason, so I was not getting the option for lower or upper as choices. That being said, after Best buy fixed the pin problem it has performed flawlessly and looks beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase and hope that the pin malfunction is not an indication of things to come. This oven offers a plethora of cooking options.

This range is amazing. To be able to cook at two different temperatures at the same time is brilliant. It is easy to use and the timer functionality also allows you several options once the time is up (keep warm, keep current temp, or turn the oven off). So many features that are extremely practical/helpful.

We researched lots of options before settling on this stove. Very happy with this feature-rich stove and Best Buy. The dual-fuel is fantastic!

I really like the stove but it’s a little hard to get used to. I have always loved having a dual fuel range. It cooks well and even. The bake and convection features are really nice. I don’t understand the air fry feature. And I can’t find any detailed information online about the proper use of a large of an air fryer feature. It would be nice if Samsung head recipes also. But all that aside, I am very pleased with the range, and I would buy it again. Not to mention, Avery, and set up was outstanding.

This is a great range overall. I tried a recipe for the air fryer option using a recipe book I believe was designed specifically for the countertop fryers so I had to increase the temperature and add more time to it. The air fryer option is a work in progress- you will have to test it out on temperature and time to get the right consistency for your foods.I wish Samsung had an air fryer recipe book. i

It a beautiful range. Works amazing. Really enjoying it.

For our new house. We've used for 3 months. I've baked just in the bottom half. I also just convection oven in the top half. Also used the air bake and worked great for cauliflower vegetable. Have not hooked up wifi. You need to add all of the different baking, broiling, air fry to your "favorites" in order for the features to show up to use. I thought at first there was no "broil" feature and also since it did not come with a broiler pan (so keep your old broiler pan).

Loved being able to use as double over during the holidays. Easy to use door to open as full oven or just upper single oven. Great having gas stove top and electric oven. Don't like the sliding rack that has the raised edge in the middle. Difficult to lift things out at times. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

So far this stove has been great. I love that the door can be opened for just the top section, or for the entire oven. I was also happy to find out there is a storage space on the bottom. I couldn't find that feature in the item description or in the pictures.

Wow what a great duel fuel stove. We are delighted with it. It's a wonder what other features we've yet to discover and try. We're still adjusting as we have never worked with gas and wanted to improve our cooking options. It's like purchasing a new car with all the bells & whistles - it has it all and we're delighted.

Does everything I expected it to, but I have not used the air fryer so can't comment on that. The stainless steel top cleans a lot easier than I thought it would.

Really too early to review because I have only had it two days and only cooked one meal, but it is just what I hoped for. I'll let you know more later when I have used more than one burner :)
