Love my new range, no issues so far. This range cook and bake faster than my previous range so I had to adjust baking time.

Only had it a few days! So far it’s great! Love the look and features! Cooks quick and evenly. Would recommend!

Excellent upgrade with lots of features in addition to the gas stove top

The oven is great. They only negative thing is the relay switch likes to click a lot and it's pretty easy to hear when it does.

Everything is wonderful except for the burners under the griddle. They dont heat up fast enough.

And cooking in itself is somewhat a blend of passion and science. The passion comes from the creating delicious foods that warms the soul and truly makes people happy. The science is the application of heat and temperature correctly to achieve the best results. This range does exactly that. My previous range only had a max of 10,000 Btus. This range has a combination of burners, one with a max of 23,000 Btus. Its like comparing the performance of a station wagon to a high performance sports car. and believe me you can taste the difference. The design of this range is absoluting beautiful and has become the centerpiece of the kitchen. The black stainless body and illuminated knobs, the weight of the materials exudes luxury and fine materials. The combination of top burners allows one to multi-task and prepare multiple items, rotate from the high heat burner to quickly saute or boil water, over to the mid-size burner to maintain boil or simmer your meals to perfection, and the smaller back burners to keep everything warm. The multifunctional oven, will cause you to find more reasons to use it. The convection feature alone is worth it alone, makes a 6 dollar frozen pizza taste like a 12 dollar pizza. The Airfry is a healthier and tastier alternative to deep frying, and come to find out, is just not limited to making frozen fish sticks, try it on bbq chicken breast or even salmon. The controls and features menu is easy to navigate and intuitive. The surfaces are easy to clean and maintain. you will find yourself constantly giving it a quick wipe to maintain that showroom shine.

Honestly I’m still learning about all of the features this range provides. So far we have great results, definitely stronger/faster than our old KitchenAid

We , my wife and I bought this duel fuel range about 6 months ago to replace a Jenn-Air range that had broken down. This is the BEST range that we have ever used. All +++++++ on all of the features. Duel oven is a BIG bonus to have and use. All burners heat up fast. Large oven is the BEST!!! We cooked three turkeys at one time for Thanksgiving. Will always buy Samsung..

Love the gas stove and electric dual oven. Makes it easy to cook several things at the time

The best of both gas and electric gas on top electric in the oven. The oven has a divider which can be removed so that you could have two small things or one big thing.

Oven controls are confusing, not intuitive. and the instructions are not helpful. The most important instructions: how to preheat and cook, are really hard to find.

To make a quick and painless, I bought this range one year ago, and have had two of these units in my kitchen. First one was refunded, and against my better judgment I bought the same stove again. Both units displayed the same problems. Power burner igniter fails to work, and the oven door won’t stay closed unless you put something in front of it. Wish I wouldn’t have got the second one. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some time don’t buy this range. One year, two separate units, both with the same problem. Now it seems the Samsung wants to get me through my warranty period So I will be stuck with the problem. For $3000 we all deserve better than this.
