Love this oven! The gas range top is fantastic for every size pot or pan from simmering to a big Wok. I love having 2 ovens or using it as one big oven. Can't beat the Samsung tons of options including air fry

So far, this has been a great kitchen upgrade. It took a while to nail down how to best use the split ovens and air fryer, but after that, this thing has been a holiday meal workhorse.

Great product with a built-in air fryer and the magic of either one oven or two, plus center grill plate. Talk about saving space and money. Cha-ching!

Really like the overall look and functions of this range. Love the dual fuel- gas top with electric oven. I was aware that it was not exactly like a double oven and like several of the features with the ability to split, however we tend to use more as a full oven. It does allow multiple rack use in convection mode which is definitely nice for making cookies. Good purchase overall for us.

The good: The big dual-burner is a beast; the left front burner is as large as our old big burner. The convertible single/dual oven works - we've used as single to cook turkeys but mostly use in dual mode - easier to cook multiple things at different temperatures. We like the basket provided but don't see much difference between "air fry" and "convection bake", honestly - both work. We like the "convection roast" option for the upper oven. The lower oven cooks fine but not as hot or as fast as the upper oven set at the same temperature. I was apprehensive but the range top is easy to clean - easy to pull the grills and wipe down. Having the blue light behind the lit burner knobs is great - nothing gets left on. The bottom drawer, though shallower, is still great to have. The not as good: The "reached temperature" and "timer is up" jingles cannot be changed and get a bit annoying. Given this thing connects to the internet (pretty useless), why not let people download their own jingles? You can't tell it to always display the current time of day - our old range had a nicely visible clock on it all the time. You also cannot "always display" the timer counting down while cooking in the oven - it regularly pops back to show the status of one of the ovens so to see the timer, you have to fight with the control panel, then it pops back again in 30 seconds. They should make this configurable as to which "stays on the screen". We haven't used the griddle so cannot say how well that heats/works. I'd never cook a steak on it and splatter stuff everywhere, and we don't make pancakes (would just make them in a pan). Also, have not tried cleaning mode for the oven yet. It wipes out pretty easily and, dropping a cookie sheet under a pizza (there are no bottom heating elements in the oven), we haven't had any big spills yet. Other than the few annoyances, this is a fine dual oven/range.

The dual function is amazing. You get a gas range top and an electric oven plus the oven itself is either a single or a double. How could you possibly go wrong?

There are a lot of great things about this range. The power burner is amazing. The look is nice and the dual oven is useful. Some things are marginal. The center burner is under powered and takes a long time to heat up the griddle. It also heats it very unevenly and the ends do not get hot enough. Some things need to be changed. The fact that the upper oven does not offer a non convection option is completely stupid. Since you can either open the top oven or open both you would think that the engineers would make the top oven the most versatile. We use the top oven most often and I am repeatedly annoyed that I can't just bake without convection. All in all I am happy with the range but some seemingly easy adjustments would make it tremendously better.

We love this range. The big burner is awesome with the wok stand. We didn't have a wok so we got one and now who needs take-out? The only downside is its so good looking my wife doesn't want anyone getting the range dirty. The burners are great and the oven does control temp well. We are really happy with it.

This unit seems like it will be really nice. It is dual fuel, can have 2 separate ovens active at once. The controls seem really nice as well. We purchased this unit and waited eagerly for 2 months and unfortunately ours arrived damaged and leaking gas from the time of installation, which we didn’t realize until after the technicians had already left and the smell continued to get worse. We called total tech and they sent the technicians back out, the following week. They found a leak on the stove itself. After following back up with total tech we are now waiting for a new unit, which will take another 2 months. Needless to say, we are not currently happy with the situation. Living without a stove is a pain. Since it is dual fuel, the oven would probably still work though we are without the range.

Very nice. I like the flex fuel. Gas on top, electric on the bottom. I thought I would like split oven option but it’s confusing. In 2 oven mode you can broil on top and bake on the bottom. Tried using convection bake on top but it burned the garlic bread in 2 minutes.

Love that it cooks every way imaginable... make sure you have a 240 v outlet and gas line.. dual fuel in this instance means electric and gas... not natural gas and propane..

Love my new stove. The double oven is great. Love the self cleaning oven (electric) but the instant gratification of the burners (gas).

love the stylish look and the ability that i could hook up propane to this. Have had some issues with the thermometer probe. Convection bake definitely cooks faster than you expect so keep your eye on things.

I bought this stove for my home remodel Unfortunately my contractor still is still not completed enough to put stove in. But this is the stove i wanted and waited for so i expect it to be perfect for my kitchen. No pictures at this time as the stove is still in the box

Took a few months to receive this, but it is an excellent dual fuel range. Very pleased. Just make sure you don’t give up your old range until the correct new one arrives. That was on me.

So far everything has worked out great. The only downside is that it only comes with two racks for such a large oven, and that extra racks are over $100!

Took a little time to figure all the features on the stove, but overall it is a nice appliance. Wish it came with a back splash that would protect the back wall but found one on line.

Awesome dual oven. Was not sure about the double oven at first but now I love it

It's a very nice stove with 5 burners and love the oven which is a 2 oven. We are only 2 persons, so the top part is small enough for two.

Amazing range, everything you could ever want with the dual fuel.
