    If only I could rate this machine negative stars

    We have had this machine since November 2017. We have had Samsung out (during the factory warranty) three times. For the following reasons: - programming of the top washer is wrong from the factory causing the unit to spin too fast. Causing leaks throughout the washer. - torn hose in the inside of the washer causing leaks from the washer - top unit not functioning so a board needed to be replaced All of this was still occurring and going wrong while we are cleaning the filters and draining the machine manually per the Samsung tech representative recommendations on a regular basis. We have had other good washers in the past. Maytag and Electrolux. None of them over 15 years of use have needed this much attention. If there is a blessing in this it is that our units are on the ground floor of our home which has a crawlspace underneath and not a basement or another finished floor. When the machine regularly leaks, water can go down our drain and not damage a lower floor. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE (if it can be called that)! We were roped in by good marketing and a salesperson at Best Buy that assured us that if this was a lemon they would take it back. We had shared the negative reviews with them before our purchase and they said those issues had been resolved. Not the case at all. On top of it Best Buy's 5 year Geek Squad "if it's broke we will replace it" warranty is garbage. Our fourth service call was just completed (by GS) they replaced two boards, took apart the whole machine and still could not get it to turn on. We are not readying for our fifth service call as we wait for more parts to come in so that hopefully (GS guy crossing his fingers) the machine will turn back on and maybe last two months. Best Buy/Geek Squad and Samsung do not care about their customers or their reputation. If we could we would dump them all. Please, if you, a family member are considering this appliance, STOP. There are better options out there for a much lower cost. If I get this thing running again I'll update this post. But for now imagine this as a negative five star review. But until Best Buy changes their scale, one star will have to do. DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE!!!

    I have had nothing but problems with this machine from the day I bought it. It started to leak after 1 month. Samsung sent a person out to look at it because it was under warranty, but the repair man told me that before he would come, I would have to pay him the travel fee. Evidently, Samsung does not cover that. I told him to turn around because I should not have to pay anything. When I talked to Samsung, they flat out told me yes, I would have to pay that. I found there was a hose that was loose. But 12 days ago, the gasket between the door and the drum exploded sending all the water on the basement floor at 10 Pm on a Sunday night. I am still sitting here with out a washer because Samsung service sucks. They replaced the gasket, but now the pump will not pump the water out before the spin cycle. This unit costs well over a thousand dollars but it is only good for taking up space in my basement. It works good when it is working, but I have had nothing but problems with this machine. It doesn't help that Samsung does not have a good warranty, or a warranty that means anything. They really could care less after the sale is done.

    Won't turn on

    Bought this on Dec 2018. After several use(about 6-8) the machine won't turn on. Last wash was successfully done. two week after that it die completely. There is a electricity, and power cord is not damaged. I'm arranging a service with Samsung. They denied due to expired warranty. Have to bring the purchase invoice. They named this unit smart. It's another Samsung jock. I'm suggesting you to purchase a washer with less electronic and automated features. This manufactures scarify quality on competition and we end-up with dirty closes and dealing with service.

    I have this set for a year now and experience way to many problems with the washer, first in less than a month they have to come and replace the lock on the door, after a year and 2 days it stop working something about a leak error LC1 they came and replace a sensor and today exactly one month after the second time my washer is full of wet clothes and not working again same problem. Such a waste of money.

    13 months after the purchase, all of a sudden, the wash would not turn on. Apparently this is a well known issue with this particular washer. (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Washers-and-Dryers/Flexwasher-not-turning-on-18-8J/m-p/493538#M7430) Here's the diagnosis, the computer touch screen for the top and front load washer is 'broken'. The technician told me it's a $700 issue. And there is only one-year warranty! I spent $1300+ for the washer, it's only been 13 months and now it's going to cost me another $700... this is ridiculous and I am extremely disappointed in the product.

    Bought this model washer less than two years ago. After multiple problems with it, Best Buy (after me arguing with them), decided they would replace it. Got the replacement mid-May 2019. It is now June 13, one month later, and the washer won't power on. All electrical outlets are fine. I bought the Geek Squad protection and I called them. They won't send anyone out until next week. So once again after paying over $1,000 for a fancy washer, we have to trek down to the local laundromat to wash our clothes. I SWEAR THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY A MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY.

    We purchased this item less than six months ago. When it was delivered, it took three visits to get it properly installed as there were issues with the pedestals. This week the washer stops with an LC1 error. Apparently the pump that drains the washer has gone out. AT LESS THAN 6 MONTHS.

    I purchased this product and it was exchanged twice. Looks really nice but not worth the money and the inconvenience . Would not work at one point got a replacemtn and would not spin

    The first one they delivered kept getting a error code they couldn’t correct. So they brought a new set that washed two loads before losing power. I would give it zero stars but that’s not a option.
