Tried two devices, and both were defective

Other than that, there's very little to complain about it. This is the second device I am trying out. The space bar key of the first device that I ordered wasn't working when pressed on the side (left-right) edges, and I had to replace it. This second device is exhibiting all the symptoms of the unresponsive touchpad (randomly happening) already reported by other users, and I am returning it. At this point, it's not worth the risk of trying out the third device, so I will be shopping for something else.

Incompetent and poor service

I get a notification around 6:35 pm saying it's delivered. Openy door, stood there and no one showed up. Tried using the chat for assistance only for them to be completely useless! I asked what address it was delivered to and the rep gives me a mixture of my shipping and billing address when there's no such thing anywhere on my order summary! Then apologies for the Typo after I correct him.
