Honestly its been amazing, just really short battery life so thats been the only downfall.

Just what I needed! Perfect size. Sufficient space for all my apps and games.

I bought this Chromebook in August. I've only had it for 1 month but the sound is no good. not for the price i payed.

Good overall laptop only thing is the fingerprint reader sometimes wont work correctly.

I absolutely love my Samsung Chromebook! I really love the touchscreen as it makes things so much easier and quicker. The s-pen is really neat and works great for my son when he is doing his school work and just for drawing. I will forever be a Samsung owner.

Decent Size Chrome Book for versatile usage, good fit.

Lightweight, yet powerful. Haven't tried to stretch the battery to all day, so it has been good enough. The fingerprint reader makes logging in a cinch. Used to the stylus on my Galaxy Note phone(s), so has been natural to use it here. The color is eye-catching!

Screen is blank. Trying to figure out. Second time this has happened. Back to using phone right now.

Like it just hard getting used to Chromebook. Does everything its supposed to tho.

I was really excited about this purchase. Unfortunately, I had to return the chromebook due to defects with the mouse pad. It's a beautiful computer with an awesome display however after researching this it seems to be an issue other buyers have had with the chromebook. It really sucks this purchase didn't work out.

It has no fans and expect it to be super hot when you do some works.

I did not purchase this item every time I tried ordering it online it would soon follow with a cancellation of purchase so decided to go to the store to order and pickup at store and had the same issue! So I was done with trying to order this and then get my order canceled. So I decided to go straight to Samsung store and purchase this item and had no issues!!!

Am apple person I bought that for my daughter because they use the same at her school , I can’t stop myself from buying another one to myself I wasn’t know anything about chrome book I till I bought 2 of this beauty for me and my 9 years daughter

Pretty pointless... no screen mirroring to the device from your Galaxy phone.. can't play CoDM..

Display issues, Bent after 3 months of use. Stops automatically

It looks and feels like a cheap dinky piece of junk made for kids. What dissapoints me the most is the screen size so small. i want compare products read about things and research with multiple tabs open. Its very lite in weight easy to travel with.

Samsung chrome books in the past have been my favorite. This version has software issues that are known by Samsung and there is no fix as of now. The screen has an automatic brightness feature that makes the screen cycle continuously from bright to dim and just keeps going. Also, the track pad just stops working in the middle of doing something and needs to be reset. This is also a known problem by Samsung and still no fix. If an update comes out to fix these items, I will come back to give a much better rating.

Looks pretty but basically useless. I wish i would have purchased a regular laptop

I would not buy this again, and I would return it now if I hadn't waited too long. The wifi keeps dropping at random moments. Google searches confirm that lots of people have this problem, and multiple bug reports have been logged with Samsung, but it's been going on for years and apparently they just can't fix it.
