It has been a year since this purchase, so far so good.

I got this almost a year ago and I've loved it until about a month after the warranty expired. A month later the touchpad started acting up. Google results revealed that it's common with these models. The touchpad basically just stops working or is sluggish and sometimes you can't use the touch screen either. Have to let it sleep or restart to fix. And if you can get Samsung to fix it, some users ended up the same issue again. Big bummer. It was great for about 6 months.

Bought this "Certified Refurbished" by the Geek Squad to save a few bucks. And it was a terrible financial decision. It was nothing as advertised and both the mouse pad and screen were unresponsive at best.

Stopped taking a charge after 2 weeks now dealing with trying to return it. It's 18 days old and was given as a present so it timed out the "14 day return policy".

Love the built-in keyboard but some apps switch screen to portrait instead of landscape while working ! Wish there were CAP and LOW keys since there are no light indicators.

Purchase this for my boyfriend for Christmas . There’s never a time that thing is not with him. He loves it . Amazing when viewing a movie . Great qualities on drawing which he loves to do .

Right out of the box the Chromebook is not working. It constantly has a screen that says 'recovery' is needed. I can't get an appointment at the Geek Squad anytime closer than two weeks...no managers have returned my call. Horrible experience for a premium chormebook.

Great Laptop! Does exactly what I need. Worth extra $$ to have the built-in stylus! Best if you don't want to add your own programs

I bought this as an upgrade to a previous CHROMEBOOK that broke down. This is my 4th machine. It is by far the best one I have owned. Caught it on sale. Well worth it.

This chromebook is the best one I’ve gotten for me or my wife. The touchscreen is perfect, the 4K screen is amazing. I also got this on sale, which made it even better.

I purchase this item for my daughter she’s a teacher in South Korea and she does her lesson plans and so much more with this item she really enjoys this item

chromebooks don't stream 4k which I found out after purchasing this item... my item came late and I didn't even receive my refund for that.. I was also charged for a free item after returning this device

This the Is the worst that I bought it's not working properly sometimes press the button without touching change the screen of the color with no reason Unfortunately I didn't put warranty on this now I can change it

Got this a gift for my son. He loves everything about it, the style, touchscreen and all the amazing features. His a Junior hs and he said it’s very useful.

Selling point was the color, love me some red. Second point was it's Samsung. I have had a great experience with this chromebook all around

So far I love it. Wish it had more battery life. Otherwise, I'm still learning on it & having fun while doing it. I strongly recommend itl

Screen and keyboard are nice. But the computer has been sent to Samsung 2 times for repairs. But it's never worked properly

This thing was riddled with problems. Like buttons not working, screen flikers, dims and brightens randomly, and it shut of and reset almost everyday the first week I got the laptop.
