Purchased this chromebook today, it was love at first site. Only problem is after a 40 minutes zoom call it go really hot. Not sure whats happening....i have another call tomorrow. If this persist, I will be returning

Honestly this chrome book is nearly perfect in many ways but the 4 hour battery life is a dealbreaker. I’d expect this out of a gaming laptop, not a chrome book.

This computer looks beautiful but after just a year the mouse pad went out. It also has no place to plug in a usb. Nice idea but not well executed. I would buy again but would get a warranty.

For the price for this laptop and it ultra hd aka 4k is not bad at all.

Had this chromebook for several months used it for school and daily activities and it's amazing people complain about the battery I haven't even notice the battery at all I get 5-8 hours out of it. Which is sufficient on a daily basis. Great laptop love it

I received it very quickly in excellent shape at a really awesome price and my wife loved it.

It was a good investment for my son's school life.

the only thing i do not like is the key board does not light up so it is very hard for me.

For a 4k display laptop the price is not that bad at all.

Great screen and thats where it ends....Trackpad quit after one year, After 10 minutes of use and I have to now use a mouse everywhere!

Can’t beat the picture and performance. Battery is lacking a bit but still worth it if you keep it plugged in most of its life.

Complete garbage don’t waste your money get a full laptop. Doesn’t even last 9 months and Samsung lies and doesn’t even honor manufacturers warranty. I haven’t bought a Samsung product since. I have been a Best Buy elite plus member since 2017 and this is one of few items I have have bought at Best Buy that is actual junk

Does what I need it for and does it well. No issues other than it runs a little warm but that was expected for a 4k screen. Everything else is very good.

No complaints aside from showing fingerprints excessively. Very light, portable and great for projects.

Terrible. It was great while it worked. Then randomly stopped connecting to wi-fi or bluetooth. Did resets per samsung and geek squad said tough luck. They suggested i buy a new one because they are impossible to open or fix.... Yeah never again.

4K display but you cannot see anything at that resolution - you have to scale down to below 1080 to be able to read anything. Battery - simple web browsing and it will only last 2 hours at best. It would be better to burn the money but spend on this machine.

Got this device as a replacement for the red model a year ago. Apparently the red model was crap as it lost the drive. The Mercury model is no better It has been complete crap. The touchpad went bad, sent for repair, they replaced it and less than a month later the wifi went bad. Samsung is now attempting to charge me for the repairs of their lemon product. Do not buy this or any other Samsung product as they refuse to stand behind their lemons and will attempt to extort money for repairs even though they know it is junk.
