While this phone may be great for someone who is not a heavy user, it lacks when pressed with tasks. Looks great, screen is good. But there are better options out there for Total Wireless. I went with the G7 Optimo Maxx for the bigger screen and better specs.

The phone is just okay. Similar to my other phone. This phone didn't cost what other phones cost so maybe that's why I get so many ads and junk on the phone that I don't want. The salespeople at Best Buy are very good and helpful.

I only purchased this product so that my youngest son could use it for games and youtube. Very good for the price.

This phone replaced an older Samsung phone I had, it's a good price, there is new features such as you can do temporary mute 1,2 or 3 hrs, custom mute also, I use when I go to church, Lol no more forgetting to turn sound back on
