It's an OK phone, but this thin + long design for the screen is terrible. It's UNDER 3 inches across and 6 inches long. Who on Earth thought this should be a thing? It hurts my petite hands to hold this for very long, due to an old injury in my hand. To make matters worse, Best Buy charges $45 dollars to restock an item they don't have on display and won't even waive the fee for loyal customers. I'll sell this one an shop for one somewhere else.
FYI: At least Best Buy has better customer service than Total Wireless (Total Wireless was clueless), so if you are looking for help, talk to them here instead.
