Slow and too small

I thought I had ordered the S10e which is what I really wanted. Hopefully Best Buy will let me return it and trade it for a bigger one (S10) that will work better for me.

Piece of crap...dont believe great reviews
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really dont believe all the good reviews I see here and the reason is that both I and my husband have the same phone and they are both horrible phones. This is the third samsung brand phone I have owned, the first one was a good phone , the 2nd and 3rd, were both very cheaply made and had issues right off. This phone got dropped on carpet and screen cracked . The camera sucks and now I go to use it and I have stripped lines on the screen. That happened for no reason. This morning it was fine and I haven't even moved it! Then there is the update issue. I dont want the updates and even with last phone when the update is forced changes are made. Visual changes like settings are diffrent and the format of the phone. Since the update on this one when I make a call the screen disappears and I have to go to notifications to pull it back up if I need to use speaker or keypad which everyone knows you need when calling a business. Dont buy this phone! Like Right now my screen looks like it's on acid!! Just had to review before it does something else. Btw I complained to Verizon right from the beginning and they dont care. DONT use Verizon.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
